  • A: I had to hold the small ring at the base of the pump really tight and then turn the pump the opposite direction. It finally opening when holding it tight in this spot.

  • A: I had the same problem!! As a last resort, I took the whole pump off, washed/dried it off and held on to the piece that stays in the bottle so the top Wouldn't turn. It eventually worked.

    My every day body wash

    This is my go to for every day wash. I purchase the limited when something looks pleasing. I use this in my Airbnb as well. If I had to suggest anything I'd like the vanilla to be stronger.

It rinses off easily with no residue. I store in my bathroom in a cool dry place. The pumps make it easier to use. For the price it’s a great value, a big bottle last a long time.

    NEW FORMULA NEW BAD SCENT

    I’ve been using this for almost two years and they recently changed the formula and the scent is WAY OFF!! It is not nearly as good and smells like fake coconut now. I will be looking for a new body wash.
