A: Thank you for reaching out. If the pump head does not rise, tighten the gold collar clockwise then turn the pump head counterclockwise and the pump should pop up. If this doesn't work, we suggest unscrewing the cap to see if the tube has disconnected from the pump. You can also try holding the tube under warm water to clear any product that has dried in that area. We hope this helps.

This Stuff Is Great But Expensive
Always wanted to try these but they cost too much. Got a huge discount with coupons so decided to try. I absolutely love this stuff. I have dry skin and could tell a difference after a few uses without even putting on lotion after. It softens my skin, and still washes off clean (I hate when I feel like body wash is still on my skin after rinsing). It lathers well, and has an ok smell (smells like flowers I'm not super into flower scents but this was cheap with my coupons). I highly recommend if you can afford to buy it

Hydrating & Soft Scent
I get very dry, cracked, Ezcema prone skin in the winter and have an extremely sensitive sense of smell due to migraines. This hydration body wash quenches my dry skin and has a light, clean scent that doesn’t trigger migraines. 5 stars aren’t enough for this product. Thanks Dove!

Dove got me good and forever
I'm someone who loooooves buying body washes and soaps based on scent, vibes, packaging, and whatever moves me that day. Not anymore. I can't use anything else now, I've tried. This wash is amazing. After using for well over a year, these are my findings: - It's cleared up the mild kp on my upper arms - Skin feels incredibly soft, which is *not* the norm for me, and noticeable to family - Moisturizes so well, I only use lotion on feet, hands, elbows now. - I only need one pump in my dampened salux washcloth to get enough product for entire body. A bottle lasts a long time. - Turning off water while lathering/scrubbing shoulders to toes lets the serum work better than rinsing right away. So, in a long-winded conclusion, I'm kinda mad I can't just buy cool body washes that catch my eye or nose anymore. It's gotta be this Dove hyaluronic 6% serum body wash or nothing. I'd appreciate if other people tried and bought it so Dove doesn't discontinue my skin's favorite stuff.

Hydration boost
I've been dealing with insane eczema for a few years. This change of seasons got out of control. First shower with this and it started cleaning up. Red patches gone. Towel didn't scratch my skin and send me into a fit. And then I wasn't woken up in the middle of the night to scratch something. It has a girly scent whatever. Well worth a try.
