For in-ground ornamentals, garden soil or compost would be a better choice. Our potting mix is formulated with premium ingredients to provide everything your plants need when grown in a container. While it can add nutrients and organic matter to native soil, garden soil mixes are generally more cost-effective for in-ground applications.
