This robot vacuum is completely useless. It gets stuck constantly, does not clean properly, and barely picks up anything. The app does not work at all, and the remote also doesn’t respond, so controlling it is impossible. It spends more time stuck than cleaning. Total waste of money. I do not recommend this product.

This thing has a mind of its own. If it bumps an item, it goes in whatever direction, not the chosen one on the remote. Due to this, many spaces get left uncleaned. It does have great suction, but the reservoir is very small.

We didnr love it
Not a fan. Unfortunately, it doesn’t cover our whole floor leaving places unvacuumed. The mop is not effective leaving two wet streaks behind it with both the left and right sides somewhat wiping the floor but not the middle of the cloth touching down. I wouldn’t recommend this product.

It is a nice addition to my cleaning routine. I still use my regular vacuum a few times a wk as I feel it may not be strong enough on its own on the carpeted areas. On tile it does a great job! Even picks up stray litter in front of boxes.
