Be cautious

I got this as a sample and let me tell you, if you take it. Please stay home the next day. I took it the day before and it debloated fast but the after effects the next morning was kind of extreme.

Just ok

I have IBS so bloating is something I deal with constantly. I use the Bye Bye Bloat capsules with every meal and absolutely love them! So I was very excited when I received a complimentary pack of these new Quick Melt Bloat Strips. The strips are super convenient to use on the go and I love the re-usable tin package. However, the efficacy of the strips are just ok in comparison to the capsules. I am also not a fan of the flavor as the mint isn’t quite strong enough to balance out the fennel. I absolutely hate the taste of anise and black licorice, and fennel has a similar flavor profile, just less pungent. I have subscribed to the product for now as the portability can’t be beat and hopefully the effectiveness increases, while the taste aversion decreases. With all that being said, I would still recommend them as they may work and taste better for someone else!

Great little strip

I got a sample of this in my last subscription and was very excited to try them. I use the capsules but a quick melt strip appealed to me for travel and throwing in my purse for a quick fix. So glad I bought more. They work!

Ok

I love the idea behind these strips as they are super convenient to use on the go. The tin that the strips come in is great and can be reused once the strips are finished. The cost is a bit steep for 15 strips and the product efficacy is just ok. I am not fond of the taste as the anise-like flavor of the fennel overpowers the mint. However, if you are a fan of anise and black licorice, you should find the strips to be pleasant tasting!

Not my thing

It immediately (and stubbornly) stuck to the roof of my mouth, which was uncomfortable. Maybe I was supposed to put it under my tongue? I didn't care for the taste either though it's not the worst thing I've put in my mouth. I tried it more as a preventative (before eating/drinking) rather than post-bloating so it's hard to say if it helped.

Thanks for the feedback! For best results, we suggest letting the strip dissolve on your tongue first before swallowing. It will dissolve quickly on your tongue, but even if it does press to the roof of your mouth (more likely if you’re a little dehydrated) it will only be for a few moments!

Weird taste but works!

Super convenient and helpful

I really like the packaging and how the strips are individually wrapped so it's convenient and easy to carry around 1 or 2 need be in your bag or even your pocket.
