I follow my High Protein
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I follow my High Protein 130g and 40-50g High Fiber whole foods diet and I go to WW weekly. I have lost 70 lbs in the last 3 yrs (slow going for my 66 yr old self). But I would love to speed it up since I still have 25 lbs to go. The GLP-1 booster is definitely not worth the money you charge for it. One because it doesn't even last a month, and 2 you need like a bag with 60-90 supply in it to make it worth it. So I won't be buying more of that.

It has helped me lose a few lbs already as well. I also dont feel like I need to binge eat after a busy day if I haven't eaten.
