This is completely normal and is caused by the Vitamin B2. B-complex vitamins are water-soluble vitamins and are not stored in the body (unlike other vitamins and minerals), which means they are dissolved in water and are quickly absorbed by your body. Any excess vitamins your body doesn’t need will be eliminated through urine, causing that change in color.

Better than anything I've had, Top Notch
So far I've been on them for a few weeks and I am sleeping better, feel less tired, memory is better and my hormones are so wild. Who knew, I had been eyeing Daily Love for a little while and went with others that threw my everything off in ways I had no idea could go wrong. But ladies, these are top notch 👌 I couldn't be happier with the results in just a few weeks. I am glad I got these and will continue to be my goto womans vitamin.

Checks all the boxes
Nearing my 30’s and struggling with new weight gain and cycle irregularities I wanted a multi-vitamin that would contain all the usual nutrients as well as one that could help control these symptoms (specifically containing inositol) but was struggling to find one on the shelf. Too much B12
I wanted to love these but the B12 is just way too high. I lowered my dose to just one a day to try, but still the B12 is 2,000 %DV. I like everything else about this clean ingredients, women focused. I wish they would offer another version with way less B12.

Great supplement to take. I have noticed a difference in my energy levels. I also am hoping will reduce my cortisol some and help with weight loss. I have tried many vitamins but this one I feel is the bets on the market.

This is caused by Vitamin B complex, but specifically Vitamin B2, known as Riboflavin. I rarely write reviews, but this multi-vitamin deserves all the praise. Seriously, if you're struggling with hormonal fluctuations or specifically, hot flashes, you need to try this! For a while, I was feeling run down, and the hot flashes were becoming disruptive—waking me up at night and hitting me unpredictably during the day. I started taking this multi-vitamin, and the difference is nothing short of incredible. Now I can’t go a day without them!

If I could give this more stars, I would. I am a 39 year old with a 6 and 3 year old and let me tell you, my hormone levels combined with having small children was making our lives miserable. I have always been the happiest, most optimistic, fun loving person in the room, until one day I wasn't. I was at the end of my rope, crying about how miserable I was making everyone else and myself (I was well aware It was me acting unnaturally). I got an ad and decided, what have I got to lose? I cannot even believe, to this day, how much this changed our lives. We went from the worst year as a family to the absolute best year yet. I made sure this was the only change in lifestyle I made, so I would know if It worked and now I can't stop singing It's praises. Every day I'm in awe of my ability to feel happy, not have mood swings, stay calm, and enjoy my family again! We are loving life and I will be subscribing to these vitamins! My husband calls them my happy pills. I made sure I used them for a solid month and a half to see if I had any set backs. Not one set back. And my mood swings were daily, so we would have noticed. Cannot recommend these enough. I can't believe they worked as well as they did and my family will be forever grateful!

PMS saving grace
I have been taking this for about 2-3 years and notice a huge difference if I DONT take it. My hips and legs are very weak around my period and this helps tremendously. Skin is also reaping the benefits. I take it along with an SSRI and helps my energy levels.

Excited to see results!
I ordered this after trying the bye bye bloat. I was so impressed with that, I had to try the multi. The pill has no taste at all, I saw others complaints about it, and the capsules slide easily down my throat! I just recently received it and I know not all supplements make you feel any different immediately, it sometimes takes months of regular use, bit I can guarantee it will fill in the gaps of any defficiencies!
