It’s OK

Very easy to set up, and works like a dream.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it. I have a hearing problem in both ears. Right ear is worse then left, but left is mabe about 40% better according to my last hearing test about 4 months ago. With this soundbar I can hear everything in left ear, and right one I can hear what is said with this new equipment much better without having to turn up TV to high for wife.

Sound bar echo
We bought our LG 55 inch TV a few years ago. We purchased our LG Sound Bar. After setting it up and choosing to sinc the sound bar and TV speakers I have a very distinct echo between the two. This is very annoying and makes the sound bar pretty much useless.

I bought this 2 months ago and disappointed with the purchase. Voice and lip is out of sync, plus the remote controller needs to be very close to sound bar to function, anything more than a few feet renders it inoperable, even with fresh batteries. Instructions somewhat vague for setting up the remote, not user friendly (poor translation to English).

Good sound, some compatibility issues
I've owned an SK1 for 9 months. I watch streaming content exclusively. Most work well, but I have to switch from sound bar to TV speakers for one service (DW) because the soundbar suffers from short frequent audio gaps from that service that the TV speakers play without issue.

Great Acoustics, but cannot connect to LG TV.

When I hook it up to an LG 43 inch TV I bought at the same time it does not work, either with the optical cable or the USB connection.

I purchased this item a few months ago and it is OK. The sound bar is better than the TV speakers but NOT a life changing experience!! But for the price it is OK A problem that I have with the sound bar is that when I turn my TV off and on at a later the output always changes from Optical(lg Sync) to HDMI !!!! I have to adj back each to Optical, which is a big pain in the A_ _!!! Can someone tell me if I am doing something wrong
