A: Hi there John! If the audio and video are out of sync on the HW-B400F, you can adjust the Audio Sync setting on the soundbar. Using the soundbar remote, press Sound Control, then use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the sync until the voices match the picture. You can also check your TV’s Audio Delay / Lip Sync setting in the sound menu and fine-tune it there. For best results, use an HDMI ARC or Optical connection instead of Bluetooth, as Bluetooth can cause noticeable delay. ~ Samsung Solutions

A: Hello Rich, You may be able to adjust the HW-B400F Soundbar volume using the TV’s remote control used for the TV by adjusting the settings within the soundbar. This function can be used with IR remote controls only. Bluetooth remote controls (remote controls that require pairing) are not supported. Set the TV speaker to External Speaker to use this function. 1) Turn Off the Soundbar. 2) Push up and hold the WOOFER button for 5 seconds. Each time you push the WOOFER button up and hold it for 5 seconds, the mode switches in the following order: “Samsung-TV Remote” (Default mode), “Off-TV Remote”, “All-TV Remote”. The LED indicator status changes each time the mode is changed. Should you need further assistance, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for Soundbars). ~Samsung Solutions

Easy to setup and sounds great!

It pairs easily with my phone for room-filling, quality music playback and also works perfectly connected to my Samsung TV through HDMI to add an extra dimension of audio depth to all my favorite movies. In no way whatsoever worth what they're charging.
For the same price you can get a proper 3.1 or 3.0 soundbar elsewhere. Bar is only 26", the box leads you to think it's in the 30" range. Most importanly the remote and settings are horribly unintuitive. You cant tell what volume you're on or what your settings are. There's a barely visible light on top of the soundbar you have to stand over head to see and it doesn't show you the progress of volume, bass etc, only that you hit and input. It's completely useless. Also more advanced settings are hidden in menus, you have to remember button combinations to get to. Sound quality would be ok if this was $50. Needless to say i played with it for 1hr before boxing it back up. Lastly the voice feedback (since there is no display) is hilarious... STAND-EERD.

Press the button to select TREBLE or BASS and then adjust the volume between -6~+6 by using the Up/Down buttons.
