Does not taste good at all. Honestly they tasted like vomit. I spit out the one bite I took and threw them all away. I prepared them exactly as described on the box, using fresh eggs and milk. Maybe it was just the lemon blueberry flavor that tasted not good

Little protein torpedos
I substitute regular milk for High Protein Vanilla Milk (like Core Power) and add 1 container of high protein yogurt and 1/3 cup of egg whites to increase the protein. Love the Blueberry and the Chocolate muffin mixes by Kodiak as well.

Always a winner!!!!
I have been buying this product for many years! My whole family loves it! Especially when I add either coconut or walnuts to the package of blueberry mix! Never been disappointed in this product recommended to anybody if you like blueberry muffins or blueberry scones!

Not what I was expecting
There is a very off putting taste to the mix. I think it could be the cream of tartar and lemon flavor. Definitely too much cream of tartar taste. Giving three stars because of the easy preparation and they were filling. I won’t purchase again, though.

Makes delicious muffins but be aware that they are much more lemon than they are blueberry. Also one whole box makes one dozen muffins which, I did anticipate a bit more product than that.

Delicious!
I made mine into banana bread doing 2 smashed bananas, almond milk, eggs, Greek yogurt, stevia, and vanilla. It was so good! Have to add the Greek yogurt to make this moist without it it's dry.

Pretty close to homemade!
I have a favorite "regular" banana bread recipe but it obviously takes time (and bananas) to make. Bananas are scarce in my household as I have toddlers who bite through the peel and eat half before discarding. Hoping to try out a new product and maybe get a little extra protein in their diet, I gave this product a try. Lo and behold, it was a hit! I'll continue buying.

Flavorless & Deceptive on Protein Amount
Flavorless and have way less protein than they claim. Label says 12g per 2 muffins, but it’s actually only 4g of complete protein per 2 muffins, so 2g per muffin.

I bought this online a month ago. It was so easy to make! The recipe suggested a bake time of 12 to 15 minutes. I baked it for 13 minutes. It looked moist on the outside, but actually was quite dry to eat. Perhaps I baked it one minute too long. The flavor was delicious and I love that it’s packed with protein. I will definitely try it again, but I won’t bake it as long.

Was not expecting to like these so much! I hate protein anything but these were so good. i made them as told because i didn’t have any bananas and added chocolate chips. i think next time ill add a banana or two and it’ll be even better! definitely a new staple for me

Great swap
To me these taste just like cupcakes that are a little less moist / it is a great alternative to eating store bought cupcake or muffin with no nutrition at all. However . I wish the calories were less. We made 10 muffins which ranges each to about 250 cal, and let’s be real; who is just eating one.
