    Volume low

    Just bought these so totally clean and settings are all proper and still the max volume is so low!

    Thank you for your feedback. For your JBL Tune Flex 2 give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the eartip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal. Gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. Then, continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. We also recommend trying other provided eartip sizes. If the volume still seems to be low, we recommend checking the balance control on your source device in the Accessibility settings. And on the music app that you use, commonly found in the playback or EQ settings. Also, please check the balance control on the JBL Headphones App. If you need more help, please contact us.

    The JBL Tune Flex 2 worked great at first, but after the initial charge one of the earbuds has never charged fully again. It never gets above 30%, even after being left on the charger for 24 hours. I updated the firmware, cleaned the earbud and charging case as recommended by the company, but the issue persists. Overall, the charging problem makes them unreliable despite the good initial performance.

    These headphones CONSTANTLY fall out of your ears and always at the worst time. When you touch the headphone to push it back in your ears, the touch capabilities are triggered. You can turn these settings off, but every single time your headphones die or randomly disconnect, you have to re download the app, go through the pairing process, and then turn those settings off again. I do not leave reviews often. This is how you know I genuinely hate these headphones.

    Unfortunately the charging case doesnt work

    I just bought 2 flex 2 and one of them has some problems with the charging case. JBL assistant promised me they would replace with a new one

    Do not stay in; too heavy

    I can’t imagine who thought this design would work in the human ear but they don’t go in easily & when you finally get one positioned, and move to the next, the first falls out. They’re probably decent quality otherwise but I’ll never know because I can’t get even one to stay in more than a nano second. What a disappointment.

    I bought these to replace my black Tune Flex original ear buds I lost. I bought the Tune Flex 2 because of the additional color options and they were on sale. So far, I am unimpressed by the sound quality. The "noise canceling" and "ambient aware" features are not as good as the Tune Flex 1.

    Excellent value and quality

    Very impressed with these ear buds. I don't like the standard round seal bud style. 1. I want to hear things around me, and often wear them at work where I regularly need to have conversations with people, so I don't want a total seal to block everything out around me 2. They ALWAYS fall out of my ears. No matter what size I use its a constant issue for me, I just have oddly shaped/sized ear holes or something. Before this I was using Air Pods, which have a similar style, and these buds were basically the only ones I could find with this style. They're cheaper, even at full price, provide much stronger base, and last much longer without needing to be charged in the case. Also I'm just sick of Apple and would rather not be handing them more money right now. Overall, these are fantastic. JBL seriously knows what they're doing.
