Q: Can I play linked with a JBL charge five as well or do they have to all be sixes to link multiple speakers?

  • A: Thanks for your inquiry. Our JBL Charge 6 has Auracast, which allows it to pair with our speakers that have Auracast. You can pair it to our JBL Charge 5 Wi-Fi SE since they both have Auracast, but you can not pair it to our JBL Charge 5, as it uses PartyBoost.

If you're looking for a speaker specifically to fill a larger space, we recommend exploring the JBL Xtreme 4 with up to 100W in AC power mode or models from our JBL Boombox series, as they offer more power output.

    Overall good but not exceptional

    Sound is pretty good but not what expected. Had a charge 3 for many years until the speaker finally gave out so figured we’d try the newer version. Overall I’m pretty happy with it but figured it would sound better, have better base and be a little clearer on vocals.

    Could be good but there's is basically no left speaker. If you adjust with your device to include more left speaker, you lose volume and would have to eq again to get decent sound. Not great overall. The "keywords" suggested for this review do not include sound quality. That should tell you what you need to know.

    So Glad I made this Purchase

    I have had my JBL Charge6 2 weeks or so and I am delighted with it. It was easy to set up and now I can enjoy my playlists, podcasts etc all over the house. It looks good and the sound quality is excellent. So glad I made this purchase.

    Loud

    I bought the speaker a couple months ago it works great. I already had the JBL clip and I was ready to upgrade to something that could be stationary for the house. This speaker is much much louder and I love it. the only thing I think that could be better is if they had a remote you could buy for the speakers to turn it on or even if it was voice activated.

    I got the white one 🧐😌and i tell you the truth only thing that's gotten dirty is the handle which i can replace, the speak it's self ive washed it with mild soap and rinsed well. Looks like new everytime. The sound, I didn't expect it to be so good of quality I love JBL beautiful sounds it's AI 🤖 technology kicks in when the music is up high When it's outside it detects it's in out door and it automatically gets louder like , like it goes in outdoor mode . This not the smallest but I'm used to dealing with big speakers for the size packs a good amount of punch It's a good speak to have good quality perfect for the beach when you don't want to hall around a luggage size speaker it does the job. Always sets the vibe. Go JBL

    Great Speaker...wrong custom colors

    I just received my custom JBL speaker last week. The sound and battery life exceed my expectations. Its a great little speaker that I know will last for a while. The reason for only 4 stars is that I made this a custom order, and the color scheme was wrong. While they include a disclaimer that no refunds on custom speakers, I wouldn't expect this to apply to a custom speaker that was made in error. In fact, the packing slip picture captured the colors accurately, however the actual speaker did not match its own packing slip. So I would just recommend to whomever is creating the custom speaker colors and designs to use a little more attention to detail, especially when the customer won't be able to return it.

    Nice Bluetooth speaker

    This is a nice hand held speaker. It is a nice size and the sound is clear. While I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for super heavy base, it does produce some good base for its size. It also is a plus that it’s drop, dust, and waterproof. I won’t test out any of these, but definitely benefits for this speaker. I would definitely recommend it.

    Battery lasts a long time even at a high nice volume and the handle makes it great for moving around. i have also dropped it and its it has not broke. The speaker is also very easy to connect to using your phone or other devices

    Good portable speaker

    Excellent sound in such a small package. Lots of bass (the audio not the fish) and just overall impressed me with the quality. Its easy to start up and use and it looks pretty tough.

    Easy to use, decent sound.

    Decent sound, easy to use. It’s a bit heavier than I expected but it’s not a problem. Purple colour is pretty vibrant and the handle is a useful feature.
