My experience
After opening the box and reading the instructions provided, it was pretty clear and the ice is amazing! It lasts all day in my Stanley cup like any other in freezer of my refrigerator.

Icemaker not working
The machine is not working and when we try using the cleaning cycle at setup water leaks from bottom and into engine and fan compartment. Ply is securely in place. This is the first time we took it out of box to use it.

It is making a loud noise and leaking water.
I have had the machine since February and it has started to make a really loud noise and is leaking water. I let it run all night and it woke me up in the night sounding like it was about ready to blow up thankfully I woke up and was able to unplug it. Now, after cleaning it, it is leaking water.

Very bad
It wasn’t so easy to use, i would press the buttons and sometimes they wouldn’t even work and when I received it had a crack on the top lid of the ice maker that would lift up when i first got it and after very short time of using it then began leaking all over the counter.

Started out great but it didnt last long
We purchased the iceman in May and absolutley loved it. It's now 5 months later and the machine is making weird loud noises and we can't figure out what is going on.

Would've spent more for better quality
It's nice to have an ice machine now but it's not what I was expecting. In my opinion just spend more money for a quality machine. Once the ice is done you need to transfer it to the freezer, and if you don't do it right away the ice starts melting. Honestly not what we were looking for. It's not really efficient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it’s a really small capacity and for how long it takes to produce, the ice is not really worth it at all. I’d rather just buy a bag of ice. I tried using this for my at home bar, but I would just keep running out of ice way too fast. pros it’s easy to clean and not very loud.

Unit is brand new out the box, and leeks water on the first use.

Faulty equipment
I filled to clean cyclr before the first use and it started to leak (not from drain plug). I had to unplug the plug to get water to drain in my bucket. I was very excited and hope this was just a faulty one.
