Awful chemical aroma
The conditioner makes my hair smell extremely chemical like - it actually is making my eyes water. The smell is very offensive to myself and others who are near me. I am very unhappy and cannot continue to use this. I would like a refund please. The product is 33.8 fl oz bar code 0308433575

Great and affordable

Terrible "improved formula"
I'm a long haired male and I've been buying this brand of shampoo & conditioner for several years, have been happy with the product. Not anymore with this improved formula. My hair does not feel soft nor does it help with tangles. The conditioner smells funny and it just doesn't do what conditioner is suppose to do. I'm very dissatisfied. It's terrible. I'm dreading having to continue to use the rest of the product.
