Inaccurate and misleading
I couldn't understand why I couldn't shake my fever after the flu ( I like to wait 24hrs after a fever to go back to work). It would reappear at random according to this thermometer even though I felt recovered. Finally I became suspicious of this new thermometer and tested it. It showed a difference of 2-3 degrees between each subsequent temp check, from 98-101, and I was waiting each time for the final beep as instructed. So I checked my temp with an old thermometer and no fever! Needless anxiety.

Trash. Wish I would have read the reviews. Came with the battery almost dead and reads extremely high compared to our other thermometer. This one we all had high fevers when our old one said we all had normal temps. Don’t buy. Just replace the button battery in your old one!

Very inaccurate, waste of time and money
Temperatures are all over the place. Every time I have to use these, it’s like I have to take the temp multiple times to “find an average” and it’s awful. I bought three to have two as a backups in an emergency, but not all three have to be trashed.

This thermometer is absolute trash. It does not seem to work at all in the temperatures it gives you seem to be random somehow. It could tell me I have a fever of 101 then 60 seconds later it’s only 98. This makes no sense. They should not be able to sell this.

Very inconsistent. Ranges from 99.5 to 103.4 within a minute. I would give zero stars if I could. Wish I could get my money back. What a waste.

Reads high, this is a terrible thermometer. It read 101 when other thermometers said 98.

Battery almost dead
I opened it and immediately flashed the battery was half dead. That was the whole reason I purchased a new thermometer because the battery was dead and could not find fitting batteries.

Inaccurate, temps are above other thermometers
Inaccurate temps. Temperatures on this thermometer are ~1 degree above other household thermometers which is unhelpful and produces unnecessary worry.
