Espresso, cappuccino machine with grinder

The coffee was not sufficiently hot. After 3 to 4 attempts, I reached out to customer service for the manufacturer. The manufacturer customer service rep said they couldn’t help me that I would have to wait for technical support that would email me in a day or so, and they would email me the link to try to troubleshoot what was wrong. I had hoped to talk to a person and responded to them that they may have email support, but you’re requiring me to try to figure out what’s going wrong when after having read the manual twice, there was not sufficient information for me to determine the problem. Was it something I had done wrong or was it a problem with this machine? The positive in all of this is that target customer service was great about my returning the product for a full refund . the customer service rep for target was excellent. I did a day later receive an email from the manufacturer advising me to try some of the things that I had already tried, and that the company said if it didn’t work, they would send me another or refund, which I appreciated but by that time I had already taken the product back to target I also looked online for any potential videos to assist with rectifying the issues I was having with the coffee maker, but there were none. I would not recommend the coffee maker, but I do say that the manufacturer and target were excellent in terms of being responsive to the problem I was having.
