Q: Has anyone used this daily for over a year and it still works well? Do both sides (K-cup side and the side that brews a pot of coffee) still work well?

A: No! I've owned the his for 7 months and the single serve (pod) side stopped working. I would advise you to research this product first before buying. It's a common problem

A: Hello - You could yes,but the unit has a heating plate and the heat from this may melt the ice while brewing.

A: Avery, this does not work with Nespresso pods, but Cuisinart sells a wonderful machine, model SS-4N1 that allows for both pod and cups to be used. The item number at Target is 072-08-0088.

A: Yes the single-serve side brews coffee in approx. the same time as a keurig machine. Brew time ranges from 1:15-2:20.

A: Coffee Pods, ANY pod,including Keurig K-Cup®, or the reusable HomeBarista™ filter will work. I alternate between the reusable filter and a K-Cup and both work very well. Hope this helps!

Best coffee center
An amazing coffee center! We programmed it for coffee at 6:00 am and it’s always ready and hot! Then when we want tea, hot chocolate or another cup of coffee later in the day, we use the kcup for that. It’s the best of both worlds!

Coffee center
This is the third coffee center we've had in the last year and a half. The first one the single cup side died with in 6 months. The second one, the single cup died within 4-5 months. This one we've had less than 6 months. We'll see how long it lasts. Otherwise, everything else works just fine

Great coffee Maker
So far a great coffee maker - both the carafe and K-Cup functions work great. it might leak when filling carafe reservoir for overnight storage, we had water on heater plate when started the brew process the next morning, but as I write this I realize I might have spilled a little water while filing the reservoir - Haven't trouble shoot the problem yet, if it is a problem.

I'm loving this coffee maker!
I love the design of this coffee maker. It's very leek and looks like one of those expensive espresso designs. We usually use the single side and because of its unique design which holds fresh filtered water, the coffee always tastes fresh and delicious. It's very accurate in measuring since the button has you choose 4,8,10, and 12 ounces. I read reviews about issues with leaking water but I feel as long as I register this product the company would follow through. Great product.

This is a Leaker from all parts!!!
This machine leaks terribly! The K cup reservoir leaked all over my counter, the carafe lid doesn’t just flip open to add water, you have to yank it off by the spout, and to top it off when I poor a cup of coffee, coffee leaks from the spout all over the counter. I really thought I was buying a beautiful appliance, but nothing works right. I’m going to figure out how to return it and switch back to my stored Hamilton Beach!!!!!

Ninja much better
Serves coffee very hot …. Excellent…. However coffee basket has issue…. It needs pushed down hard to seat it, otherwise the basket does not drain and you end up with coffee all over your counter…. First 3 tries…. Poor manufacturing…. Not an easy fill as they are in the rear if machine. And not a smart machine like Ninja where you select how many cups. Here, you make what you fill pot chamber with…. Kind of crude. Finally can make coffee without it spilling over into counter.

BEST coffee brewer I've ever had, 2 ways!
OUTSTANDING! I had a Cuisinart 12 cup coffee ginder/mill and it lasted every day, sometimes twice a day, for over 8 years and it was still going strong. May have lasted another couple years. You know how many times that ended up being used? That's at least 2,920 times without a problem of any kind. I will ALWAYS use a Cuisinart.

I received this as a gift. I don't know if I got a lemon or all of them have the same problem. I read the instructions over several times, and to no avail. I tried the one cup maker and it literally exploded the coffee pod plus when I opened the lid coffee went all over my counter plus me. It's dangerous! Luckily I only had a minor burn on my finger. Also, it makes very loud sounds. The 12 cup coffee maker works, but is very noisy. If this is an issue with all SS-16 Series it's a problem that needs addressing immediately.

Coffee maker with keurig
I loved my cuisinart coffee maker I bought 20 years ago. It is still working but I decided to upgrade to a newer model with an attached keurig. It is fine. Just not as wow worthy as the old one

We purchased this coffee maker and are pleased with the quality and performance One issue when you pour a cup of coffee you have to pour very slowly otherwise the coffee comes out to fast and spills over the top of the opening/lid.

A Few Issues
While making a K-cup it exploded inside and coffee grounds were everywhere. Another time brewing a pot of coffee, it didn't work properly and had coffee grounds all over. Not sure if it was operator error or machine malfunction. Haven't had the issue again so waiting to see if it happens again.
