A: Same. Requires too much cleaning.

A: It's very difficult to keep clean. I already need new trays. Very frustrated. Can't find where to order new ones as well. Should be easier to clean.

A: Need to buy a silicone mat for these air fryer ovens, pulse I put baking parchment paper on top of that. It’s keeps the trays clean so I don’t have to scrub and scrub

A: I used it once to make pork chops. The drippings from the chop are permanently stuck to the baking pan. I don't think this should happen on the first use. I tried soaking, baking soda and vinegar, baking soda and peroxide. I soaked it overnight and scrubbed like crazy and I finally put it in the dishwasher. Nothing would touch it. I would have lined with foil but the manual says not to use foil. Finally I emailed the company we will see what happens. I am truly dissapointed. The pan should be non stick. I would be emarrased to return it but I cant keep it in this condition.

A: I've experienced the same issue. I'm looking for a replacement drip pan due to the gunk that won't come off. If you are buying this, make sure you cover the drip pan in foil before first use.

A: This is an untrue statement by Gourmia. I had the same issues & it does not clean well at all! I would not recommend this product for that reason. The inside also is very difficult to clean. I did complain the coating was coming off my brand new baking pan and they did send me a complimentary one after I showed my receipt. However the new one became hard to clean again. And yes, it’s definitely not non-stick.

A: 200 ounces = 12.5 pounds. That's a measure of weight. Quarts are a measure of capacity. Unless it's filled with feathers, it's probably bigger than 4 quarts (1 gallon).

A: Specifications for this product indicate "200 ounces" a non-standard way of saying "6.25 QUARTS" 23.9 quarts is ERRONEOUS.

A: 23.9 quarts

A: 12” x 12” Gourmia wouldn’t tell me either via email so I had to wait to buy it to measure myself - Also they don’t list these dimensions in the manual…driving you to have to buy from them

A: The basket that came with mine ( which purchased on 4-2-25) measures 12 1/8 x 12 1/4 inches.

A: just bought mine and plugged it in for the first time. As long as the display os on, there will be noise. Wait 10 minutes, display is off and noise is gone. Debating whether to keep it or not.

A: FYI, if the power goes out and then comes back on the display will come on but the oven doesn't start heating on its own. If nothing is done the display will turn off by itself.

A: No after 5 minutes of inactivity, the unit will turn off

A: Purchased the GTF7900 in April of 2025. A magnet is attracted to every part of the oven, all the trays and rack. If any parts are stainless steel they are ferritic stainless steel.

A: According to Gourmia's answer to a previous question "The Fry basket and Oven are stainless. The baking pan and crumb tray are aluminum". However, a magnet sticks to every piece of metal inside and outside of the oven that I bought in January 2022 and to all trays included. A magnet may stick to some types of stainless steel but, to my knowledge, not to aluminum. Therefore it seems that all trays included with the GGTF7900 are steel of some sort. Time will tell if they rust.

A: I suspect some of the things that are said to be aluminum are either an aluminum alloy or a stainless steel with higher iron content. All are attracted (at least weakly) to a magnet.

A: They already answered that read up only two of them are stainless steel the others are aluminum

A: I just called the company, the fan will stay on for 10 minutes and auto shut off until you touch the menu again.

A: You are hearing the electronic cooling fan. As long as the display is on you will hear it

A: There seem to be two fans. One is for convection and a much quieter one to cool the electronics. This second one goes off on its own when the displey goes off.

A: Can’t you read the instructions or does it not come with the instructions?

A: The Unit preheats on most settings. When it reaches temperature it beeps and says add food and only then does the cook time begin.

A: Mine is bright and easy to read.
