Q: The description says that it will fit at 9 x 11" pan, but also that it will fit a 12" pizza. I am hoping to use my 12" pizza pan to cook homemade pizzas, will it fit?

A: I have owned 2 HB brand toaster ovens the past few yrs & printed temps/other knob info started wearing off just months after use, despite careful non abrasive cleaning with just warm water and soap.

A: Very disappointed that you are unable to regulate the temperature in air fryer mode. Above it says that air fryer is set to 450 degrees.Doesn’t air fry well at all.

I bought this item for my nana because her oven quit working and she needed something to use until it was repaired. She has used it everyday since then and loves it! It fits everything she can think of (including full size pizzas) and all of the food comes out cooked perfectly. She is not very tech savvy, however she doesn’t have any problem operating the oven. I only gave 4 stars because we haven’t used the air fryer option at all and it obviously takes up a good amount of counter space, but the pros definitely outweigh the cons.

Not feel safe to use it
I tried this toaster oven for a few days and it doesn’t seem safe or reliable. The heat is very uneven, the toast burns even on the light setting, and the pan warped during Air Fry mode. The front door area also gets extremely hot and there’s a plastic smell when heating. Because of these issues, I don’t feel comfortable keeping it, so I’d like to return it.

Bad design, don't trust the air fryer function
The top knob doesn't go all the way to "air fryer," so you can't tell if you're getting the air fryer function. I'm afraid to use it. I found other people have commented about this. Contacted the manufacturer. They want $5 to answer my question. I'll be giving away this thing.
