I use this daiky & love it. It's so smooth & silky, doesn't leave your face oily. A little goes a long way. I use a towelette with warm water, softer on my skin than a towel. Highly recommend.

I really wanted to like this product
I really wanted to like this product. Its very messy once it melts on the skin. It does have a slight odor but its hardly noticeable. It works well for foundation but struggled to take my mascara off (not waterproof) along with my eyebrow pencil. Still needed a makeuo wipe after using. And it foes cloud vision for some time it used around the eye area.

BYE CHEAP MAKEUP WIPES
This product has changed the way I remove makeup! I've always used inexpensive makesup wipes but after using this makeup remover balm I can't go back. For starters, this balm is worth every penny, it's extremely refreshing and gentle, helps ALL your makeup completely melt off, prepares your skin for cleansing, and feels amazing!!!!

Literally take the day off!
Ive been using this product for a long time. I use waterproof mascara and this product takes everything off. You have to apply the product on your face without water at first, thats how you will get rid of the makeup and after rubbing it all over your face thats when you rinse off.

Leaves my face beautifully soft.
I would only recommend this for dry skin. The secret: rub it between your fingers, then massage it thoroughly (not spread it) onto dry skin. Then take it off with a washcloth and A LOT of warm water. If you wipe it off like a cleansing cream, it will leave a lot behind.. Massaging and rinsing left my skin very soft. Love this!

Preferred format of cleanser
Love the product and was fortunate to receive a free sample. However, as much as it's effective at makeup removal I personally won't be using this product for eye makeup removal in future, as it clouds your eyes, and will stick to the existing product for this.

Works great on eye makeup
I decided to try the balm first. It is great on makeup removal, however it is a little greasy. I mainly use it to remove eye makeup and my mascara. It only takes a small amount as it spreads easily. I may be trying the makeup remover instead to compare.

They should call this "Melt the day away"...
All time favorite makeup remover, or "melter" before washing my face. It is not harsh and it loosens up even the strongest finishing spray I've used. It leaves me feeling hydrated and ready for the rest of my skincare routine. I have dry skin and I absolutely love this!

Doesnt work
It didn’t remove my makeup, just smudged it. I had to use another product, and it’s also really annoying to wash off. Do not recommend, complete waist of money.

Burns
I was looking for a new makeup remover and this was not it. I just had a little mascara and it left a film in my eyes and burned all around my eyes. Now I have watery, red puffy eyes. It also didn't do a great job compared to my oil based remover
