My daughters face swelled so bad we had to go to urgent care
Why does this product hide the main warning under the label? ALL warnings should be clearly visible. I should not have to peel back the label to find it. This company should be paying my medical bills. I would share a picture but my daughter is a minor. It was awful.

I wanted to love it but it dries out my skin so bad!
I started using it after cleanser and toner and my face would get super tight and dry. Then i realized my face needed to be wet when applying to lock in the moisture. I tried that but it still makes my skin SO dry i have to immediately put on moisturizer. I wish it worked..

I tire of mositurizers that make many claims, are expensive, and rarely deliver. However, I am 73 and wanted a simple mositurizer that didn't break the bank and truly made my skin look sift and Dewey. Well if you are on the fence about this product don't be. Very disappointing
I don't understand all of the compliments for this product. I was expecting a dewy, hydrating serum and was very shocked how quickly it dried on my face and made it look dry and wrinkled. Not moisturizing at all. Will be returning.

When I tell you this serum changed the game for my skincare routine, I mean it! I use this product twice a day on my cold midwestern winter dry skin and it works wonders. It is lightweight, sits well under/on top of your other products and is fragrance free for my sensitive skin girlies. I love The Ordinary products and their straightforward formulations to keep skin reactions to a minimum. Apply this on slightly damp skin to maximize affectiveness.

Broke me out
I really did like the feeling of this on my skin but i now realized this is what's causing my breakouts. I paired this with the niacinimide which i have been using for a long time so i never had any issues with it. I started using this serum not that long ago and just bought another bottle which i will be returning. After i read the reviews i figured out this is what my skin doesn't like.

Prefer Original Formula
Hyaluronic serum was reformulated to include ceramides. The serum no longer gives me the "tacky" feeling I prefer. The Ordinary realized that may people prefer the original formula and hasnit available, but Ulta does not.

I use this morning and night and noticed significant improvement after a week.
this is better because its not a stand alone active and works well under my thicker face product like moisturizing type. I just wish I had tried this decades ago. its so inexpensive for what it does for my face. better than a $200.00 face cream.
