The clear wire that goes to the front of the ear was a bit tricky to figure out but once he figured it out, it was pretty comfortable. Firstly, I like how they feel in the ear, very airy and not irritating at all. I can wear these for multiple hours and forget they are there. Also, they stay in my ear without me having to readjust or mess with them. The charging case is a durable solid plastic and charges nicely, you do have to make sure the hearing aids are turned off to charge them. This is an all-around great hearing aid. Other hearing aids sound very tiny and low quality, but these are amazing. The battery lasts for literally my entire day, and the buttons make it easy to adjust. I HIGHLY recommend this hearing aid.
