My first walkthrough was great!

Great concept

I really liked the concept of these hearing aides. Even though they were not a good fit for someone with Meniere's disease. They could really be great for other people. I wish they had worked for me.

Easy to Use

We purchased the Atom 2 for my mother because of the simplicity of its use. The online appointment with the audiologist was very helpful. We learned the proper placement of the hearing aid in the ear. (We were a little off.) He also reviewed the expectations, including getting used to hearing again. It was very helpful for my mother. Looking forward to having normal conversations again.

Great support!

Spoke with Nicente yesterday concerning my experience with Atom X. I have used them for a couple of months and had several questions concerning charging, maintenance and sounds. He answered all questions and offered several tips concerning Atom X. My experience with him verified that I had made the right decision if purchasing Atom X hearing aides.

Patient and Trustworthy

Haven't tried the product yet, but the hearing specialist (Ash) that helped me exchange the product for a more appropriate hearing aid is wonderful. Very patient even when I interrupted him with questions. Explained everything in terms I could understand. I trust that Ash and this company are more interested in my husband's hearing experience than making a buck.

I’m surprised by the high quality of the sound!

Quality of sound surprised me but the fitting of my unusual right ear caused popping to the ground each time ii used the aid, unlike the snugbfittingbofjy left ear that is normal.

It was good while it lasted

Because I couldn't get a proper fit for either of my ears using the furnished equipment , I had the left device fall out of my ear while trying to board a transport vehicle, and went under the bus. I Myself was injured and couldn't try to retrieve the ear piece, and the driver wouldn't let anyone else reaching under the bus because of safety issues. I was really happy to be able to finally really hear again. I'm on Disability and I'm really Struggling to be able to eat and pay rent now. I live in a Very Dangerous area and my eye's are now only 40 % ; I really have to depend on my hearing even more now. I'm just gonna have to get back used to the way I used to have to feel about the dangers around me . Y'all keep me in your prayers Please
