Amazing product !
EXCELLENT ! I have had my bose headphones for almost a month now and the sound quality is phenomenal! The earcups are so comfortable! 10/1000! I have a pair of soundcore space one headphones , but my bose headphones 🎧 I love it! Definitely happy the pair I wanted went on sale in the color I wanted too! my first pair of bose headphones 🎧 and I will get more of this brand in the future !

Do not recommend - get the previous version
I'm really unsatisfied with this product. I have the previous version of the Bose headphones and I LOVE them. They're amazing, their only flaw is that because of the rounded shape of the earcups, it's hard to sleep with them on (for example, on a flight). So I "upgraded" to the Ultra hoping the flatter surface would solve that problem. It might, who knows, the reality is I hate these headphones before ever having gotten on a plane. A couple reasons why: - They are SO slippery that you can't move one off your ear for a second to have a conversation with someone without them falling entirely off your head. In the one day I wore them to the office, they fell to the floor three separate times. Ridiculous. - The on/off button is so confusing. It's not a slider button like before, but a push button that doesn't react clearly to commands. Sometimes it takes me two to three tries before I can successfully turn them on. - The sound quality seems good, but it almost doesn't matter when the user experience is so frustrating. I don't want to have to fight my headphones all day long just for them to work or stay on my head. I can't even imagine attempting to work out with these on. Might as well leave them on the floor where they'll end up anyways. I love the color of the headphones and am such a fan of Bose, but I can't overstate how much I despise having wasted my money on these. I should have just stuck with the previous iteration.

Comfortable and Simple to use!

This is the best headphone I have ever purchased. It's a little expensive, but the sound quality is worth it. The only annoyance is the bluetooth connection to the iphone, sometime it won't connect when you put on the headphone.

Purchased 14 pairs of the Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra for all our children and Grandchildren for Christmas. Great price and arrived quickly. Haven’t used them yet but I know they are fantastic as one son already has a pair, loves them and wanted another pair to leave at the office. Made Christmas shopping so easy!

Great sound but some dealbreakers
I really loved the sound quality and the beautiful color of these headphones. They were everything I hoped for in that regard. The problem was that they kept pausing whatever I was listening to even though I wasn’t removing them. It acted like I was taking them off when I wasn’t. I know I could have turned that feature off, but the auto pause when I remove the headphones was actually one of the reasons I bought them. They also weren’t very comfortable. The headband felt stiff when adjusting, the fit was tight on my head and the ear cups caused pain after a short time. After reading several reviews mentioning that the newer second generation fixed these issues, I decided to return this pair and trade up. I’m really glad I did. The Bose QuietComfort Ultra 2nd Gen is the way to go. They are perfect!
