This was obviously previously purchased and returned, then sold to me. It was missing an attachment, all the packaging was not like new, and it had a wad of someone’s dirty tissue trash inside one of the bags!! This is disgusting and unacceptable. Why target??!!

Good vacuum but canister breaks easily
The vacuum itself works good and has decent suction but the canister breaks easily where the attachment goes in. Mine broke within 6 months, they sent me a replacement and that one broke with in 2 weeks. I was told they couldn't do anything more after that. Now I'm having to buy a whole new vacuum because the suction isn't there.

A must have with Four Dogs and two cats

Over the last few years I have been on a casual crusade to find a hand vac that was both powerful enough and convenient. This Bissel nailed it. It is a bit larger and heavier than many I have tried but it is still definitely a single-hand vac and easy to grab and get things done. Perfect for car cleaning days as well as corner baseboard touchups. Looking forward to using it for upholstery shampoo soon. Very satisfied.

While it did pick up cat litter and remove pet fur if you don’t hold it correctly litter will fall out of the end of vacuum. Also hair gets tangled up on the rotating brush and you have to clean it off often.

Sturdy Little Vacuum
Good overall performance. It has strong suction, decent longevity, not too heavy, and is fairly well balanced. My only complaint is the short battery life and the longer charging time, but it still seems comparable to other brands in this range. It’s the best handheld vacuum I’ve used and I ended up buying a second one so I could have one at each side of the house.

I like the portability and the usefulness of this vacuum. I did not realize it did not have a HEPA filter. When vacuuming car mats, this shoots dust all over the place. This shoots dust all over the place. Honestly considering returning....

This does NOT work for pet hair in my car. I bought this specifically for that tasks and it simply does not work when I tried to have it remove hair from the carpeted floor. I would estimate that it removed 5-10% of the hair. Th vast majority remained.
