Overall very happy with this machine. It cleaned a spot off of our couch great, cleaned up a mess from our pet on the carpet. However, when I tried it on some old pet stains it lightened them but did not completely remove. Also tried on the bottom couple stairs that just were heavily soiled. Somewhat lightened them but not completely gone. Overall though, works great. Only complaint is that I had to fill and empty the tank often. However, that’s probably because I just went around doing everything I could find. In the future, it will probably be used as things happen and will be perfect for a spot or two at a time.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I'll give the pros first. It's very easy to use and it works great. It did an amazing job on cleaning a very soiled, light colored couch I was tasked to clean. The couch had human blood, urine, red juice, and ink stains on it. This was the couch that sat in my grandchildrens' playroom for several months. After the first pass, the ink faded significantly, the red juice stain was gone, and the urine rings had faded quite a bit too. I'm going to have to do another pass to completely remove the urine stains, but I'm pretty confident I can get them completely out. I used the cleaning solution that came with the product. I loved using the machine as well. The bristles on the underside of the handheld tool are firm, and they work simultaneously with the water sprayer and sunctioning mechanism that shoots water and vacuums it up as you pass it across the fabric. Together, they do an amazing job scrubbing and cleaning the fabric. Now for the cons. Both of the water tanks (clean and dirty water) are small, so you'll find yourself dumping them often if you have a large job. You'll also use the entire trial size bottle of cleaning solution that comes with your purchase if you have a big job, so prepare to purchase another bottle soon. I was near my kitchen sink while I was cleaning, so it really didn't bother me at all. Having listed the cons, you have to consider the size of the machine. There has to be a compromise. If you want to be able to move around easily with a compact machine, of course the water tanks are going to be small. I was more concerned with the cleaning power than the convenience of use, so I was satisfied with my purchase. The machine did what I wanted it to do. Two thumbs up, five stars!

This thing works just like the bigger ones and is much easier to carry around! Highly recommend!

It does NOT work. It gets the carpet wet but does not suck the water up. I'm returning it.

I really like it. Got it to clean our couches and it worked like a champ!

I used this immediately after purchasing because my dog puked up something red in a big puddle on my carpet. My expectations going i were low but I use din conjunction with the little green spot & stain formula. I am excited to say it all came up!!! I will reevaluate when my carpet is totally dry but this thing is a life saver no matter what!

Tank that holds dirty water leaks

I didn’t need a deep clean, but a surface clean before company came for the holidays. The machine did what I needed it to do. To get a deep cleaning I still will need a professional. I had some trouble keeping water from sliding off my Scotch Guarded fabric, but I did manage to clean most of the surface dirt and the hair left behind by my cat. There’s one purple stain that I know I left, but I can’t remember how I did it. It’s still a shadow of itself.

This machine works exactly as described, gets out incredibly tough stains. Very happy with the purchase.

Removed pet stains

It really did do a deep clean on old stains. I wish it would not spray all over the place when spraying the solution. I had to keep towels on the floor for the amount of liquid that was over spraying

Not good for all carpets, but great for the car and some furniture

I am so happy I bought this! I haven’t used it on rugs or carpeting yet, but I bought it mainly for my living room sofa, love seat, chair, and ottoman. There are 4 adults in my house, along with 3 dogs and a cat. Needless to say, after 3 years with this furniture, I was ready to throw it all out. Spot cleaning and spray deodorizer didn’t cut it. I wanted it CLEAN. And that’s what I got! It was easy to put together, and easy to use. I really love that I can clean all the parts out thoroughly after a cleaning session too. Anyone who has a couch, which is everyone, should get one of these. That goes double if you have pets.
