New Ultra Smooth Formula is like Crest. No Thanks.
I typically purchase Advance White but my local grocery seems to no longer stock this product. I purchased a 2-pack of A&H Complete Care thinking it would be similar. After the first use I realized this was not the same product I was accustomed to. Further inspection of the package now states "Ultra Smooth Formula". Well, if I wanted to purchased Crest or Colgate maybe it would have sufficed but, no, the fact that it reminded me of other brands was not satisfactory. I have purchased A&H toothpaste for some time for it's non-regular brand texture and taste. Sadly, will never purchase again.

Badly Burned My Lips and Skin
I've used this toothpaste in its original formula for years. This "great new formula" burned my lips and the skin around them so badly that it took two weeks to heal. I am so disappointed and now I have to find another toothpaste that works as well as this one USED to and that doesn't damage my skin.

Contains dubious substances: SLS and TiO2
Unfortunately, this product contains both sodium lauryl sulphate as well as titanium dioxide. While neither is banned yet, sodium lauryl sulphate has been shown in studies to promote painful aphts and titanium dioxide is no longer allowed in food in the EU. Most EU manufacturers of toothpaste already have or will soon have eliminated TiO2 from toothpaste because it can no longer be assumed that titanium dioxide is definitely safe to use and replacements exist. This product here would probably be banned under foreseeable EU regulation so maybe you should consider using safer alternatives today.

Ineffective
I bought this a week ago and the tube collapses when squeezed and seems to hold 50% less than what it did before this new inferior tube was introduced

Do not buy this product
It tastes bad but that I could accept. What I could not accept is how this toothpaste made my teeth ache after using it for a few weeks. This I noticed after going for a run in cold weather. After I got inside I noticed some of my teeth were aching (zingers) for about 15-20 minutes before it would subside. My dentist told me to stop using it and I did. Do not buy especially if you have tooth sensitivity.

Sweet Tasting isn’t a Good Thing
The immediate sweet taste of this toothpaste is noticeable and not something I’m particularly interested in having in my toothpaste. I’m disappointed with the ingredients of this product, specifically sorbitol, glycerin, saccharine among others.

Left lips raw and severely chapped.
Dude. This tooth paste left my lips and bottom inner lip RAW and swollen. I’m not even being dramatic. Nothing too severe but enough to bother you all day. I’m still waiting for the pain to stop and swelling to go down. Stick to the other ones. I didn’t doubt this would whiten my teeth, all 3 of arm and hammer tooth are the best for whitening. But this one feels harsh and like something is legit burning your mouth. Made my lips incredibly dry and raw. Just NO.
