Q: The new design is awful! It no longer glides but feels like sandpaper between my teeth. They shred and break before I am done flossing. Can you please return to the old design? Unfortunately, I’ll be finding a different option for now.

Q: Does this product contain gluten? What are the ingredients of the flavoring and whatever is used to add the flavoring on the floss? (need to know for allergies, this really should be disclosed up front, it goes in the mouth!)

A: None of our flosses contain gluten. All of our flosses are made on designated lines so there is no chance of cross-contamination with gluten.

Cheap and very fragile...
I saw such good ratings on this, so I decided to buy them! I tried them and immediately hated how it's a long flimsy strip that you can't really tell if it's cleaning or not, PLUS the strip would tear easily!! I went back to the reviews, sorted by most helpful first and realized they changed the product and they aren't what they used to be... Stay away please, they don't last!

Minty fresh finish!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve purchased the Oral-B brand in the past and they never fail to provide a good product. These flossers are not only soft on your gums, but the aftertaste is a minty fresh finish. They don’t easily break, so you can use one without having to worry about grabbing another. They also reach all the places your dentist points out to floss! I don’t recommend for braces, but otherwise this is a great product!

Poor product!
These are Horrible!!!! I retired after 35 years in Dentistry and have nice teeth and had top notch Dental care and these floss picks are the worst one I have ever used. I can’t get through two thirds of my mouth before they break ,shred or tear. Do not waste your money. Oral-B has always been the product that we would provide patients to take home with them. Don’t buy!!!!

"CleanTech Floss" is horrible
These used to be amazing, then they switched to "CleanTech Floss" and now they are horrible. The floss portion bends, shreds, and then breaks after half a use and you end up using 2 or more for a worse result.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed trying these Oral-B floss picks. It is convenient. No need to pull measure and cut floss lines here. The pick on the end is flexible sonic is more gentle in tight spots than the rigid ones. I enjoyed the minting, it wasntboverbearing or unnaturally sweet. The floss line is flat, and goes easily between the spaces without hurting the gum line. I would recommend this product. I keep a few in my car in a separate container for the times I have to grab a bite on the run.l.

New floss is horrible
These are the only floss picks my family uses. I recently purchased two new bags. The open bag is in the trash. The unopened one will be going back. The new floss is absolutely awful. It shreds so easily. We will not be purchasing these again.
