This review is not about the item, but about my shopping experience with Target. I placed an order for the item on 1/7 for Drive Up at a location 30 mins away from my home. After work, I began driving to that location only to learn that the item was now out of stock at the store. I was offered the option to have the item shipped and be delivered the next day. The order did not arrive the next day, or the next day, or the next day. I have called customer services twice and they can give me nothing other than apologies for an inconvenience, this is more than an inconvenience. I spent over $300 for something that I needed and cannot obtain and no one will provide me with answers on why or when I will receive the item. Now I am out of $330, I still need an iPad and no answers or updates. This has been a terrible shopping experience and I am so disheartened and disappointed by Target. This will unfortunately be my last purchase with the company.
