Q: The protection plan is with Allstate? Not Apple? Please advise.
A: From my understanding, you can purchase AppleCare up to 60 days after the purchase of the iPad. You do this through settings on the iPad. Google "can I purchase AppleCare on Apple products purchased at target" I would just purchase AppleCare as soon as you set up your device. Have your receipt for proof of purchase.

Q: Is this item band new?
A: It should be brand new, I'm debating on getting one. some of the reviews say there's was tampered with but there was no proof the rating with 5 stars said is was belrand new and great, with proof. Overall this seems like a great product.
