Bad quality airpods

Bad quality, I bought them like 4 months ago and now they are failing. Sometimes I heard the people like “monsters” in calls, music, tiktok videos, etc… and in calls they hear me like a monster too, it’s kind of creepy actually. For the money I paid I really expected something better, I had the AirPods gen 1 for like, 5 years and they worked really great, I just wanted to make an upgrade and now I’m disappointed. The only good thing is the noise cancellation, that works really well.

The sound is not as great as my old AirPods. Also there is a static noise with them. I have to use both AirPods at the same time, if I use one ear then the sound is very low and static. Also my calls are not as clear.
