Seems to be working fine

Had my 35i for a week and already got the red light indicating filter change, I looked at the filter and it is not dirty. I put a new filter in anyway. Filters are too expensive to be changing that soon

Almost perfect

The units themselves function wonderfully. Overall we’re happy with our purchase. My only gripe is with the app. We cannot for the life of us get two of the three units to connect. Went through the FAQs, followed every instruction, even used the online help…still nothing. Aside from this, everything about them is great.

Pleasantly surprised

We were able to purchase 3 35is for the price of two with the memorial day sale. One for the kitchen, one for the family room/living rooms downstairs, and one for the upstairs bedroom. We all suffer from allergies and asthma and needed some cleaner air. We have noticed a difference so far with less coughing and less watery eyes. The only thing about the 35i is there is no VOC specific filter like the larger models offer. We do not have rooms large enough for the larger models but still wish that was a filter option. The app works great and messages us when the filters detect issues and ramp up the fan.

Great features, build quality questionable

I bought a breatheright 35i bundle for a floor of my house. The feature set is excellent and the app is easy to navigate. I have the upgraded filters and they purifiers do a great job of sensing the air quality and maintaining the air quality. However, I have a few issues with the build quality of the purifiers. One filter's seems came apart. Also I'm now noticing both purifiers fans make hissing and vibrating noises. The vent that the air comes from, the plastic pieces do not fit flush there are gaps in the plastic. I hope Alen rectifies the quality of these purifiers in future manufacturing. For the price point they should be much more solidly constructed.

Amazing little unit, super quiet with lots of tech

This is the 4th Alen we have at our home and I like how small this unit is, but really love that it is quiet and hasn't lost any of the great efficiency and tech our other units have. This one is perfect in the office downstairs and even has a new sensor for pollen which is great for my husband who has bad allergies. We are an Alen home for life!
