Makes Good Coffee
Overall the coffee maker works very well. I was a little disappointed in the cup size…the carafe is quite small. Fine for two people but if I had company, I would definitely have to make an additional pot. It is replacing a Wolf Brand Coffee Maker as i was unable to make additional pots without waiting hours in between. With the ZWILLING I can make as many pots as I like.

Cheap product with bad design, makes OK coffee
The coffee tastes good, but this is true of most cheap drip coffee machines. Major issues including: cannot remove the water container to refill, you must take trips from the sink with a jug (and no you can't just fill it up once in a while as you need the exact water per brew), the funnel that take the brewed coffee and forces it to the bottom of the carafe will 100% break and be thrown away within a few weeks, there will be days where the cleaning function is forced on you and you can't brew your coffee right away, the button interface is trying way too hard and not user friendly (what is wrong with buttons?), and the machine is quite noisy. For those who can wait or afford it, the Technivorm Moccamaster will be the purchase you do not regret.

Top value coffee maker
It makes a great tasting cup of coffee with its blooming feature and brewing process. I wish the water reservoir was removable for filling but the lid is removable, which helps. A lot of plastic parts but almost all auto-drip makers are similar. Very consistent in temperature. Thermal carafe is very good.

Very happy with this coffee maker. Thermos keeps coffee hot without that burnt taste that comes with a hot plate warmer. Looks nice on the counter. Coffee is hot and strong, just the way I like it

Disappointing!
Very disappointed with this unit. Poor design with water dripping onto base when lid is lifted to remove grounds. Carafe does not keep coffee hot. Not particularly user friendly. Would not recommend this product!

Fantastic coffee maker
Just love the thermal carafe model. So simple to use. On this model, the blooming function is automatic and there is no setting for the number of cups being made, so the brewing process is so simple. Makes a delicious cup of coffee!

QUALITY ESTHETICALLY LOOKING MACHINE
Esthetically it's nice looking. Makes good possibly 6 ounce coffee each from this 10 cup maker. Compared to my other 10 cup maker the volume per cup is much less on the Zwilling maker. Coffee gets cooler faster from this thermal container than other one even if one heats up inside before brewing. Do like it but in the end it's all about PREMIUM COFFEE BEANS MAKE GREAT COFFEE. Don't run out and buy CHEAP pre-ground or whole bean coffee and expect good cup of coffee.

Coffee tastes great but the “10 cups” are 125ml, so half the size of a standard 240ml cup - it’s actually about 5 cups. So if you actually want 10 you are brewing 2 pots - twice the beans and filters... Also it’s very annoying that the machine does not remember the time delay brew time. Why do I have to reset that every day? And why does the logo on the button have to be so bright? We literally had to move the machine to a new spot in the kitchen because the light was keeping us up at night - ridiculous!

Improved my coffee
A month later I'm very happy with this coffee maker, I feel the difference in coffee taste compared to my previous machine (also with thermal carafe, but different brand and older). The taste is richer and more balanced. I like that the carafe has a wide opening, it's easy to wash. It also holds temperature really well, doesn't take a ton of space and matte black color looks great. So far I have no complaints and highly recommend this.
