WORX Nitro 40V 12'' Cordless Snow Thrower, Electric Snow Shovel, (2 X 4.0 Ah Battery & Charger Included)

I have two Worx lawn mowers and a dethatcher with batteries and chargers. Especially since I don't use any of these during the winter, I would like to buy the snowblower without the batteries and charger. I'm a veteran and a senior citizen, so please consider since I could really use the break in price. (only way I could find way to ask question.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Came late but seems to be working gave it 4 star because as i said came late so the snow almost freeze up and its not great because had a hard time on ice snow . Its plastic auger so didnt wanna force it and break . But maybe just after the snow it works pretty strong motor

Handy easy to use does a good job removing snow

I wasn't sure about the battery usage time and was pleasantly surprised. I was also happy with the depth of snow moved by this shovel. Snow depth of 5 inches - no problem. Blower feature was good as I have a driveway that spans 2 cars side-by-side. I, as the user, just need to be smarter about how to use so the snow doesn't blow back on the area cleaner. Minor complaint is the screw head to tighten the lower handle to the top handle appears to be a hex, so not as easy to find the correct tool to tighten.

Bought this for my wife who shovels the walkway into her beauty shop. She absolutely loves it

Does not work. Machine starts and turns. It stops when it touches snow. Had to clear the patio by hand Why did I waste my money on this ?

Works really well with a light fluffy snow. It's not cut out for the MN winter when the winds blow and pack the snow in. I'm wishing I wouldn't have bought it.

This rating is based upon my person needs and two initial uses. The first day, the snow was dry/light and about 4-5 inches. Worked great on my sidewalk, deck, and driveway pad. No issues. Day 2: The snow was wet and around 3 inches. This was more of a struggle, though it is common for snow blowers to not throw wet snow well. I give it grace and still got done what was needed.

Does Excellent job of clearing snow. Handled both on our city sidewalks and streets around parked cars.

Disappointed for the price. Heavy and awkward. Had about 3 inches of wet snow and it just plowed it into piles. Had to do a few layers to get it to the ground. Shoveling was easier and quicker.

I have many Worx products. They are very easy to use, the batteries are easy to charge and they last a long time.

I've got a back disease so it's not always easy to maneuver any gas machines I have anymore. I was concerned due to the plastic but I handled the hard stuff where the plow buries me in easily enough! I've have another company's electrical blower so I am familiar with what you can and can't tackle.I disnt want to be tethered with a cord. I do have gravel in some spots Not everything is pristine in the woods! She handled it well but there really should be a SNOW SKID SHOE OPTION for people like me. I know I'm already going to need a new scraper . There's not much I can do when the plow piles up rocks at the base of my driveway. I can't see what's under the snow. Skid Shoes would preserve that scraper. Also there should be an on off switch for the lights. they drain the battery each time you start and stop. DEFINITELY can get 25 mins of blowing but order yourself extra batteries if you have a larger driveway. I have 6 batteries and I get all of it done with 2 and then use the others for keeping up when needed. The pictures added are from a 2nd use of the blower after a storm from 12-2-25 . It shot the snow far enough away that i don't have to get the shovel out to cut it back for the next round of snow.

Very easy to operate and use

I’ve only used twice so far. Both snows were wet and heavy. The blower did ok I had to plan the path because it couldn’t throw from the driveway way center off completely.

Two batteries you would think it would go through snow like butter. My unit kept stopping through fresh snow. Not wet at all, very disappointed

I haven't had to use it but it's heavy enough that wheels on it would be nice. Let's hope that the snow don't come for awhile
