This 24 inches Snow Joe IONMAX is just great for my use. I have a 35 feet long by 30 inches large alley and this machine is just perfect. After 4 removals, the batteries are stil at 2 lights out of 3. It does the job properly without having to push too hard. I will for sure buy the Joe lawn mower for next summer as I love your products. Believe me, I live in Quebec, Canada and we know a lot about snow, this machine is perfect for me. One last thing, I'm just a customer, I didn't get paid to put this review, just an enthousiast customer.

Gave 1 star because 0 was not an option.This was a huge waste of money. I bought for husband with bad shoulders for easy start. The start was the only thing that worked. If there is anything more than an inch of dry fluffy snow it does not work. Keeps stopping while trying to clear a little snow. Does not get down to the side walk either. I did a better job clearing snow with a broken shovel than the snow Joe did. I would not recommend this at all.

Just purchased this Snow Joe Snow blower and it works well when fully charged. However, the batteries only last 15 minutes vs. the 30 minutes as advertised. I used it with only 3 inches of snow (not heavy) and only got through 1/2 of my driveway. I now have to wait an extra 2 hours for the batteries to be charged to complete the job. Pleased with the performance, but not pleased with the battery that Snow Joe raves about. Would not recommend because of the insufficient battery life.

This snowblower has really impressed me! It's super lightweight, durable and gives a great performance! No disappointment here! Would definitely purchase again!

Putting it together was straightforward, thanks to the included assembly instructions: they were clear, well-illustrated, and made the process feel painless even for someone not super handy. Once I had it built, the manual did a great job explaining not just how to use the blower but also how to maintain it properly. The diagrams were accurate, the safety tips made sense, and I felt confident knowing exactly what each control and part did. Overall, this thing feels powerful, lightweight, and really reliable. The chute rotates a full 180° so you can toss snow exactly where you want it, and the LED headlight is super helpful for clearing in low-light.

This sow blower is relatively compact, not bulky but powerful and does a great job. The compact size allows for better storage and doesn’t take up too much space. It’s easy to assemble. It did not damage the driveway and did a great job clearing the snow, the plus is that it is cordless which makes it so much easier to handle. The dual charger charges quickly and comes with the charger and two batteries. Also, came with a cover which is great to protect and store it for off season! Overall a good size not taking up too much storage space, lightweight, easy to maneuver, was easy to assemble and does the job well. Would recommend purchasing!

It was easy to operate and did an excellent job clearing the snow in our small back yard. I’ve used it a few times and have not needed to recharge yet. It’s quiet and works smoothly to clear the snow. Excited to continue to use next winter!

It hasn't snowed heavily here, so I'm not sure how great it is with that. No clogs so far and the batteries seem to last a pretty decent time.

I was so excited to get a brand new Snow Joe blower because I already know it’s quality and durability. Not only does it last but it’s strong enough to tackle any snow storm and lightweight enough to move around. Don’t walk, run to the store to get this!

The rechargeable batteries have a button on the back for you to push and check battery life to see if they need charged. It's easy to install. Can't wait to try it in snow.

I bought this little gem to help with snow removal while my hubby keeps our very long driveway cleared. Boy oh boy, this was an excellent purchase and performs way beyond my expectations. I would recommend this to anyone. I have yet to run out of battery charge for the large snows that we've had.

He was able to lift the box fairly easily, he says it will be light and manuverable. Our brother in law has a similar model by the same company (he came up to see it!) and said the batteries have a very strong life per plow. We are out in the hills and it works for wind blown snow too. (Iykyk) The guys recommend this snow blower 100% especially compared to others in the price point! I’ll post use pics (I’m sure) with our freak March-May storm!

This machine handles the snow comfortably. What is truly a problem is the batteries. In 20 degree weather and four inches of snow, the battery lasted less than 15 minutes. I purchased two more batteries. To get about 30 minutes of run time. Pretty disappointing.

This snowblower worked really well with the recent storms we had. I'm very happy with it.

Living in Rochester, NY it can be a daunting thing to face the winters at times. This little guy did not disappoint so far. It handled the snow very well. My only complaints are the battery compartment covers are poorly designed. I opened the cover to retrieve my battery after snowblowing and the hinge snapped right off immediately. I was perplexed about this. I am having the compartment door replaced under the warranty, but in further inspection, the construction of the battery doors is very poorly designed. Instead of using an actual hinge and pin, the hinge piece on one side is totally plastic. The tension spring to keep it closed seems too good for what the plastic is capable of handling honestly. In a future redesign of the product I'd suggest a redesign of the hinge mechanisms for these battery covers. I ended up having to use packing tape to hold it in place while snowblowing the next day because you don't want the inside of that to get wet or it can damage the machine and battery. It worked fine that way and kept it perfectly dry and in place. But this was only after my first use and a device shouldn't have ANY part break at first use. Putting the device together was somewhat tedious. Some of the turning locks didn't want to turn correctly, and getting the pins open to connect the main rotation bar was very troublesome, however that's a good thing that it shouldn't come loose at any point. Overall, the device is solidly built and I really appreciate the safety features built in such as having to press the button and then lift the handle to start it to prevent accidental activations. I also appreciate the auger cleaning tools being provided too to protect yourself and clear any clogs if you experience them...I can happily say I haven't experienced any clogs needing it at all which is great! I do however suggest getting a second set of batteries for when the snow is extra heavy or if it's snowing so rapidly you have to do it a few times really quickly. This way you don't end up with the batteries dying . Our driveway is I'd say about 56 to 60 feet long and 20 feet wide if that gives you any indication. For most snowfalls, just the two batteries that comes with it are plenty. But for heavier snowfalls I'd suggest being prepared with two more just as an in case. I only have had to use a second set once and that was with over 3 feet of snow rapidly falling in less than a few hours. Otherwise the single set work great! I am giving 4 stars simply because of the flaw with the battery covers. That's a pretty major flaw honestly especially with a part that you'll be physically operating at least 2 times (once to put the batteries in and once to remove them) every time you use the device. Otherwise, this machine did not disappoint. Even at the bottom of the driveway hitting the junk from the plows that builds up, it shred right through it all. It wasn't a small amount either.
