    was very excited after reading the reviews to start using this beard straightener as part of my routine. after receiving the item it is locked in "LOC" mode not allowing me to change the temperature setting or even turn it off with out having to unplug from outlet. tried numerous times reaching out to Wild willies company via email and phone call. no response. very disappointed in this product. not targets fault but need you to be aware of situation.

    Really works wonders

    My wife bought this product for me and I was a little skeptical at first. (I think she got tired of me stealing her hairdryer.) I had been using her hairdryer for some time and it did the trick so I didn't think this would work as well but it actually worked better. I just turn it on before I get into the shower and its ready when I get out. I've found that 350 degrees seems to work best for me and I just towel dry then brush through it like a normal beard brush and it makes my beard soft, straight and glorious. I like to lock in the moisture with a little Hemp Beard oil from Wild Willies as well. My wife loves the soft citrus fragrance, its natural and not to overpowering. Highly recommend. It's a game changer, 10 min and out the door.
