Must try
Recently found I was insulin resistant with possible PCOS, but I am post menopausal. I asked my dr about inositol and she recommended this brand. I’ve only been taking it for 1 month, but I feel I sleep better and have lost a little of my belly.

Strong Product
I haven’t been taking this for too long, but I know something is going on. First time taking it with water and I immediately got dizzy. I decided to take only half the recommended dose a day to ease into the product. I must note that I also take Metformin but I do not take both products at fhe same time. I take one pill in the morning, half scoop of powder after lunch, and another pill at night. Taking half the dose is a little better but it’s been about 2 weeks and I still react to it strongly. I think the product is working and doing its job but it might not be for me.

Be careful
Only take if your doctor advises. I thought it would help me but in turn, it made my ovulation hyperactive and I developed a ruptured cyst.

Finally ovulating
After two years of cycles lasting 45+ days each, I now have a cycle that is reliably 30 days and confirmed ovulation with OPKs each time. Still not pregnant, but I feel so much more hopeful now that I know my body is ovulating. I already lived an extremely healthy lifestyle, and this supplement was the only addition to my routine, so I am absolutely positive that Inositol was the game changer for me. Also love that this comes in a powder as opposed to the capsules. I have recommended this supplement to so many friends.

Definitely worth a try.
I'm a fan already. The powder form is tasteless and easily dissolves in liquid. I take it with my coffee or tea every morning. I have PCOS and my cycles can be almost 4 months long post COVID. I hadn't had a natural period since Dec 2023 and experienced 3 as a result of IUI cycles throughout 2024. I started taking the powder in Sep 2024 and had my last "induced" period in Nov after a failed IUI. I got my first natural period again 53 days later. I'm giving the credit to the powder. I haven't noticed any negative side effects either.

Regulated my cycle after consistent use
I started off with the capsules several months ago and have been using the powder now for about 2 months in my daily AM glass of water. I believe the powder is absorbed more effectively by my body than the capsules but it’s hard to say for sure, and I definitely like not having to chug down 4 big pills a day. Either way, this has helped me get my monthly cycle back VERY consistently with healthy bleeding/ovulation after struggling with PCOS and irregular periods for years. I’m not sure it’s helped with my hirsutism but I’ve been applying a Musely Rx cream for that and seeing results. For reference I’m 39. Note: be consistent and patient. My OBGYN said to give it 6 months to truly know if it’s making a difference.

Helped with overeating
I bought this at the beginning of February and I do not regret it at all. I would say after a month of adding it to my greens in the morning I’m starting to see I have more energy and my cravings/ overeating have slowed down. Don’t expect it to be immediate definitely took the entire month but I’m so thankful for this!

Lost Weight and Period is regular

I think it’s working!
I’ve only been taking this supplement along with the Berberine for only 2 weeks and I’ve had so many period cramps! I did start spotting yesterday but I’m not sure if it’s the meds bringing my period on or if it’s just spotting since my body has been doing that on and off since October. Nonetheless I’m happy with the products and excited to see what happens! I’ll definitely keep taking it because this is more action than I’ve had since October!
