Works great!

There is 60 capsules per bottle. They are easy to swallow, good absorption, and don't have a bad taste. It did not take too long to notice changes after starting this Berberine, consistency is key.. The quality is very good.

Easy supplement

I have not noticed any major change in my health nor any side effect. It usually takes several months to see results, so I will continue to take them to hopefully see some type of improvement.

Although I don’t notice any real changes I don’t notice any side effects either. I do feel like my appetite is curved and I can stay more focused. Not sure if any of this is from the vitamin but I’m not complaining either way. This is a great brand that offers clean ingredient vitamins. I’m going to keep taking these and adding them to the list of vitamins I take on the regular.

No weird smell
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Typical packaging of Nature Made products, easy to twist on and twist off. I have no smell or taste when taking these supplements. The capsule is kind of large a bit, but I have no struggle when swallowing it. So far I don’t feel much change in my health, need to take at least 2 months, so we’ll see

I already take Turmeric and knew that Berberine has many benefits when combined with Turmeric so that alone had me wanting to try it- I knew that combined they absorb better. But after taking Berberine Phytosome for a few weeks I now know the awesome benefits of this product. The capsules are easy to swallow and about the same size as other supplements. I did not experience any after taste. Berberine helps to support healthy blood sugar levels and metabolic function. This formulation by Nature Made supports more absorption of the Berberine. I definitely noticed a decrease in my appetite while taking this! I feel like if I was wanting to lose weight this would be an effective tool. All in all I plan to continue taking this supplement and highly recommend it. I

Good supplement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After taking this Nature Made Berberine for a couple weeks or so I think it has helped me in some ways. I noticed that my sugars do not go up after eating foods that usually do raise it. So Im hopeful that it is helping in that regards. Plus I feel less inflammation in my face, which I wonder could also be a benefit from taking this supplement. It is easy to swallow and does not have a bad aftertaste.
