PCOS support

I have PCOS, I have for over 20 years. I’m in my early 40’s and nearing peri menopause or are already in. My periods are still irregular. I started taking several days ago and my period came on its own! It works!

No noticeable results

The capsules are either 3/4 full or slightly less than that. I don’t see any health benefits with this supplement but continue to take it at my doctor’s recommendation. Either I don’t need it or the dosage in the product isn’t accurate.

I have never had any problems with SM Nutrition. As a matter of fact I have never had SM Nutrition and I don’t know why I am being asked to give a review on thoughts about the said product. I’m just not sure if it’s worth the effort. What do you think of it?

This pills are my best friend!

I love the product. I have PCOS and started taking the Myo D-Chiro Inositon about three years ago. After the second year I decided to leave the Birth control pills and three months later I got pregnant. Now my baby is 7mo ❤️

For the ovaries

Taking this supplement 2-3 capsules a day, in addition to many other things correlates with my stability of my cycle. I began taking my o & chiro inositol in an effort to improve ovarian function. SM Nutrition provides this supplement for a reasonable price and the dose formulation I was looking for.
