[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I selected this rice cooker because we make rice weekly and it seemed like a versatile, affordable option. This rice cooker is quite a bit nicer looking and well equipped than the other, cheaper models we have owned in the past. It features a stainless steel veneer around the base of the appliance as well as around the rim of the lid, a nice touch. It also has several convenient features that I was impressed with, including a condensation collector that drains and collects condensation that runs off when the lid is open; the collector is able to be removed and emptied. Nearly all parts of the unit that would come in contact with the food or that could become soiled are easily removed and are dishwasher safe (although the user guide suggests you handwash some parts). My biggest annoyance about this particular model is that there is no way to easily clean (or even instructions on how to do so in the manual) the interior of the lid, where condensation will collect and then drip back into the food-I have just been wiping it down with a soapy rag, but it seems like there should be a better solution. We have only used it to make rice thus far, but it does include accessories and settings for steaming, cooking other grains, slow cooking, and even baking cakes. Not that there are many small rice cookers on the market, but this one is ultimately too big for us to use regularly. The smallest volume of rice you can "safely" cook in this unit is 2 cups of uncooked rice-more than our family of 2 usually makes for a meal.

So far, I’ve only used it to cook rice, and it did a fantastic job, cooking the rice evenly and making cleanup a breeze. While I haven’t been successful with it creating that crispy layer of rice at the bottom, which Persians often look for, I anticipated that. I’m excited to try out its other cooking modes!

The steam basket , rice spoon , and measuring cup and a nice sized nonstick ceramic-coated inner pot easy to read instructions and it looks nice as well, great affordable addition to all the black and stainless steel appliances I have it fits right in … the rice came out great not soft it had a bit of a chew again that’s because I love BROWN RICE and for those that cook brown rice know you have to get it just right well with this rice cooker no guessing fallow the direction to the T and it comes out great every time same oats , quinoa most grains …. Great for meal prepping large batches of your grains .. have to keep trying all the other things it can do like cakes and steams veggies as well all in one. Give it a try well worth it .

It all comes out nice and tender. It also holds a lot more than it looks like. I can easily cook for our family of five. I also love that it doesn’t get hot on the outside and it has a vent to release pressure. A+!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really liked this rice cooker! I enjoyed cooking a large batch of Biryani in it and it cooked the rice very good. It did have a weird smell first time using it but it went away after a few minutes. The bowl was easy to clean and the instructions were clear. Only minus is that it does not do a good job of keeping the food hot in my opinion. Rice was room temperature after leaving it on for 1 hour.

Big enough for a family get together or perfect for a potluck. Light and small enough to store in a limited space kitchen. Can be used as a slow cooker as well! Definitely would recommend!
