The ProtectEase Premium Mattress Encasement is made with a polyester stretch knit fabric top, bottom and sidewalls for waterproof protection against stains and spills. The zippered construction is bed-bug proof and dust mite proof, providing full encapsulation of your mattress keeping it in brand new condition and lasting longer. Sleep safe knowing that you and your family are completely protected against allergens that are commonly found in mattresses. Wash with similar items on delicate cycle and low/no heat dry. Q: Is this mattress protector washable?

A: Because we zipped this cover up directly onto the mattress and use fitted sheets over it, we only wash the cover maybe twice a year; that works fine for us. Wash with other similar items and line dry for the final bit and it's good to go.

A: I've had a ProtectEase Premium encasement on my mattress for 5 years-- no noticeable noise factor. Of course, I do have a polycotton fitted sheet placed over it, but still noise is not an issue for me.

A: Yes, wipe clean with a damp cloth if preferred. Can be machine washed warm, but be careful and use very low heat to dry so as to not damage the protective polyfilm. ProtectEase Team

Plumb pleased!
I have a king-size Sleepy's by Sealy Plush 2.0 mattress which I believe is 12" thick, and this mattress protector fits great! The last one I had fit mattresses up to 16-18" thick, so there was a ton of extra fabric. This one eliminated the extra fabric and feels like great quality material. So glad I found it! Thanks!

Mattress protector
This was a bit of a pain to get on the mattress. It seems to be protecting but I am not 100% sure because I do have another mattress protector on top of this one. I have a little one that goes on top of the sheets so if my daughter has an accident I just take off the first mattress protector and then I have this one as my back up in case she has a second accident. System seems to be working well.

Traps Heat
I used this for about 3 weeks before I had to throw it away. This cover traps heat and makes sleeping impossible. I am not typically a hot sleeper, but this cover made me full-on sweat every night.

Dang!-- don't throw it away-- use it for a waterproof grill cover or flower bed cover or something. But sorry you didn't like it TargetSHopper127. We recommend using a cotton or blend fabric mattress pad and or fitted sheet over the NexGen cover for comfort. Also try the ProtectEast COOLING Cmfort for an upgrade. ProtectEase Team

Not waterproof!
I bought this protector for my camper mattress. We had a leak in the roof and water got in. Our mattress was soaked even though I had this cover on it. Not happy!

Fits well
The cover fit our 11" full mattress perfectly, even though it said it would only fit 10" mattresses. It was easy to put on. It does make a crinkly noise unfortunately, but it doesn't bother my kids.

Top bed bug protection
Bought this cover to protect our mattresses from bedbugs from international travel. It’s the best precautionary measure so you don’t have to buy new mattresses in case you inadvertently pick up bedbugs. The case is super secure and makes no noise. Highly recommend.

GRANDPARENTS WILL LOVE THIS
Purchased this Mattress protection for our queen mattress. We now have grandchildren staying the night and this is an awesome waterproof/allergy protection for little accidents. The children don't even know that it's on the mattress. No crinkling sounds or plastic feel. They can drink their bottles or water cups and we don't worry at all if it spills. Have purchased other covers and could not use them. This is perfect! Would absolutely recommend.
