Waterpik has amazing customer service
I purchased this Waterpik flosser more than 3 years ago. I recently developed a problem with the tiny reservoir valve sliding out of position in the tank, causing leakage. I contacted the Waterpik service department, and after a couple of emails confirming my model and serial number, and proof of purchase from Target-they are sending me two new replacement valves. This is a GREAT company for customer service. The product is also wonderful.

Don't count on Target! The store is unreliable.
Very disappointed in Target. Ordered December 19th and website indicated it would be delivered by December 23rd. The order now shows as delayed and Target still does not have the tracking information updated. They issued a UPS tracking number but UPS site states they have not received the package. I will definitely not be trusting Target for my Christmas gifts in the future.

New Models are Cruddy Valves - Never buying again
Leaks all over: The 'new' valve plug design is a disaster: Soft plastic that doesn't stay in place. No matter what, it leaks. (Used this brand for years - Went through 2 units in 15 years - They were great, until they changed that valve design from hard plastic, to a cruddy, useless soft valve. Why wreck a great design?) A waste of $42

I love my new waterpik!
I love my new waterpik. I have never used one before, but now I am glad I have started. The cleaning along the gumline and between teeth feels really good. After brushing and flossing, food particles still exist. The waterpik flushes everything out. What a great , useful product.

Unit would not prime initially.
My new WP-100 would not prime initially. I filled the reservoir with water and placed the reservoir in the unit and pressed the power button. The unit started running, but no water was coming out not the nozzle. I tried adjusting the pressure dial but still no water coming out. In removed the reservoir and reinstalled it with the same results. In finally pressed down on the reservoir and then unit primed and started working. This is my 2nd Water Pik, the first one worked fine and lasted several years, disappointed in this new one tho.

I've had a waterpik last 5+ years but this one lasted less than four months. the gasket on the water well began leaking, and it's not usable.
