A: I returned this waterpik because it broke in under 2 months.. this was a three pulse waterpik and now I have athe new one is the one pulse.. I agree.. I can't travel without my waterpik.. read the reviews of this product on the internet.. the three pulse one... I hope you find this useful...

Charging problems
Would like it’s on its last leg and never know if it is fully charged. The light flashes all the time it is plugged in. Need to be constantly charged. I have a watch I only need to charge once a month, my sonic electric toothbrush only needs charging every 2-3 weeks. I would not buy this again.

There's no way to add water through the small hole without spilling it all over the place. And it holds much too little water for an adequate flossing. I used the item 3 times and went back to manual flossing.

Poor battery life
Battery life was very poor. It stopped holding a charge several months after I started using it regularly. I replaced this rechargeable model with an AC powered one, which worked much better.

This new WP-450 is more powerful than the older WP-450. It seems to have a much longer battery life. The tank looks to be the same size but empties faster because of the powerful motor so you may to fill it up a second time if you like to go across your teeth twice. I am on the fourth day of using it three times per day and it still has a powerful charge left. It has an up-and-down switch rather than a push button switch, which in my opinion is safer in that you won't turn it on with a slip of your finger and hit yourself in the eye.It has a USB charging cord, but doesn't come with an AC to USBadapter. However,I highly recommend it.

Too big, too heavy
I was surprised at the size if the Cordless Plus when I took it out of the box. I felt it was too heavy and awkward to use, left it in its sealed plastic and returned it the next day. I had hoped to take it on a trip but forget that, too large! Also, it turns out from reading online that this model cannot be used in the shower which is what I wanted to do. Glad I kept it sealed and thanks to Target for their return policy. If you are used to using their standard Waterpik, you will find the item gigantic.

Flossing opportunity
I use this unit daily instead of flossing with string. My arthritic fingers wont do the string anymore so this is wonderful. It leaves my mouth feeling so CLEAN. It was recommended by a dentist as a super alternative to flossing.
