    Does the job, performs as expected

    For a portable cordless Flosser, this model is pretty impressive. I find it offers a gentle yet sufficient force on the low setting, while medium and high settings are more than plentiful force. The quad nozzle is my favorite, the regular nozzle seems more targeted for a more forceful flush. I have a small mouth, this fits inside easily and I find it easy to use. The water container is small and often needs two fills for a complete job. Only concern is the plug, it seals fine for now. Hope the seal doesn’t weaken over time. For the price and ease of convenience, small footprint and mobility, I like it. It does the job! Spouse has one too 👍👍

    Great flosser with one flaw

    Great flosser. The control buttons work well. The pivoting head is good. The pressure is good. Bought this from another store but wanted to review it to help other shoppers. Compared with Waterpick battery models, this is a better made product. Also comapared to Quip flosser, this is better because the water tank is fully removable and you can clean it thoroughly. You can disasemble this flosser so it can dry completely which helps against bacteria or mold forming on its surfaces. The quip water tank is not removable and there is gunk/microbes forming in the crevaces over time. Some Waterpik water tanks are L shaped which also make some areas unreachable for cleaning. This is a superior design. The water intake tube is also weighted so it can draw water from the corners when tilted. Why did I take off one star? In the year 2025, OEMs should not be using propriatary charging ports for no good reason. Most battery devices are transitioning to USB-C. We do not need more cable garbage on this planet plus if you lose the charging cable or damage it good luck getting a new one. Hope EU regulators crack down on this like they did with the iPhone.

    Great product No travel shutoff mode!

    No power shutoff when packed for travel! So the Flosser 3000 goes off in my suitcase if the power button is inadvertently pressed while packed in my suitcase. I was hoping it would not set off an incident with the TSA. If there is a travel shutoff mode I don’t know about it. Maybe Phillips can show us that there is such a travel shutoff mode.

    No safety lockout control.

    The cordless power flosser 3000 does not have a lock out to prevent it from starting by accident like when it is in your luggage and it starts on its own after being tossed around. Of course the flosser was empty but the battery was dead. I worry that a DHS person hears a strange sound in my luggage. A friend of mine has a Waterpik cordless and it has such a lock out. I am surprised that such an excellent company that Phillips is would would not have thought of this safety feature the way that Waterpik has in its cordless flosser.

    Not recommended

    Love this unit but it requires a proprietary charging cable that you better not lose. It’s impossible to replace. For a traveling unit like this that is a big ask. Unless they change it to a USB-C to USB-C cable like the Europe and most of the world require, I wouldn’t buy this unit.

    Delivery not possible

    I can't review the item because target can't deliver it. They don't have it in store, they won't deliver it to their own store for in-store pickup, and they can't cope with delivery to a mailbox service. All I got for my effort was a headache. This item is not accessible to me so I can't review it. Don't buy this item if you can't be home for delivery.

    Wanted to love

    I have had two. They just don't last long. I regularly clean using the vinegar method recommennded but builds up bacteria. I have to charge often. Loses power to the point it barely uses water. I am very sad. If someone knows how to keep them working, let me know.

    I was happy with my Sonicare 3000 flosser from day one. It did a great job of cleaning my teeth. However, it gradually lost power this month so I get four or five flosses out of one fill. I've tried cleaning it and charging it more often but to no avail. Too bad.

We’re sorry to hear it hasn’t met your expectations during your flossing sessions. This flosser is designed to deliver at least 25 one-minute flossing sessions on a full charge. Even when the low battery indicator is on, it should provide at least three one-minute sessions. To ensure optimal performance, please make sure the device is fully charged. While charging, the indicator light will flash green. Once fully charged, the light will turn solid green for 30 seconds before switching off. We hope these tips help!     Works great until it doesn't

    I wrote a one star review about my previous Cordless Power Flosser 3000 HX3806/21 Oral Irrigator - the power plug melted. Phillips was kind enough to send a replacement in December 2023. Less than a year later, here we are again. This time the unit will not stay on despite it being fully charged. Come on now!! 🤬

    Works so good

    This power flosser comes fully charged so I can use it right away. This is the first time I used a power flosser. The quality of this flosser is great and it is comfortable to hold in hand. The quick start guide is very helpful. I can insert the tip, fill the reservoir with water and start the flosser without any issue. Feel pretty good when seeing food debris are flushed out. The reservoir holds enough water, when the flosser is done, the water is almost empty. There is also an automatic stop function when it is blocked or touches the teeth. I hope I get it sooner to keep my oral hygiene! Overall this is awesome and I am so happy with the result with this cordless flosser so far!
