A: Hi, we are not certain as to which machine your are referring to however the Personal Cup Adapter works with all Legacy, Explorian, and Propel series machines. It does NOT work on Ascent or Venturist units.

Nope!
This is the absolute worst if you want to do smoothies with frozen items. I usually make a smoothie with 1 cup liquid, frozen berries (1/4 - 1/3 C), 1/2 T protein powder and some agave syrup. The syrup always sticks to the sides as soon as you flip the container (no matter the order you put it in) and the protein.powder is wasted as it never fully mixes in. I usually find at least 1 berry that missed getting fully blended. I DO NOT recommend it if you have similar ingredients! I have tried to increase liquid, but the agave and powder always have the same issue.

Better smoothies
The personal cup adapter has made my morning smoothie recipes better. The adapter cup is the right size for one 12 oz drink without the additional air that made my smoothies a little bit too big and just a little bit burpy--when I mixed my drinks in the large vitamix container. So glad I made the purchase...

Wonderfully convenient for single serving beverages. 💚 However, great care must be paid to properly attach the cup to the blender base when twisting them closed. If alignment of the seal is off by even a little, it leaks.

I like the idea that it is smaller. However, it only has 10-12 oz and it leaks. I adjusted it several different time and it still leaks.

The adapter and on-the-go cups with lids are just right for my legacy blender! The only time I experienced a leak was when the gasket was wet and there wasn't a proper seal. So, I try to wash and dry the parts right away, readying them for the next use without leaks.

Just okay
Doesn’t completely blend frozen items into smoothie. I always have to extend the time. The cups are ridiculously hard to clean unless you use a long brush. I don’t, I hate using brushes. Im not a fan of the blend results but it’s certainly more convenient than using the larger container though. I’m not a fan of the results of the blend. Honestly, it is far more expensive than it should be.

I would live this to be larger in volume. I feel like you have to stuff product in and then there are blending issues. I like the convenience of less clean up.

Loved it... Now Hate it.
Great until it was awful. As a million other people have said, it is a very bulky design but the power is great and cups are nice. Then it started leaking all over the counter due to poor seating of the red rubber gasket which doesn't lie flat. Super small problem = unusable product and frustrated customer.

Could be improved
Personally, it took some getting used to. It must be on exactly right or you'll have a blended mess. It's also hard to clean. Using the blender to clean itself, does not work on all ingredients like peanut butter. It requires a bottle scrubber to get under the blades properly. Also, completely dishwasher safe would be a plus.
