Love the product But having real problem with the
I buy the chocolate and use it in my coffee. Love this product and. Have purchased more than 25. In the beginning, they had a great little scoop, but that was discontinued, which was OK. Fortunately I had saved one. Now there’s this new cardboard packaging. I understand sustainability but my senior hands could just not get the top pulled off. I ended up having to take a sharp knife to the cardboard and butcher the leg to get the product out and then transfer it to another container please, please, find a happy in between I just cannot manage this container.

Terrible For Those With Acne Prone Skin
Been 3 weeks and this has been pretty bad overall for my skin. I’ve been experiencing serious cystic acne on my face since starting this supplement. Unsure of the quality of the ingredients and for the price. Yeah no. Also tastes awful for the actual recommended dosage 4 TABLESPOONS is what you have to consume. Feels like drinking sand.

Terrible Packaging
Terrible packaging, impossible to open without destroying the packaging. There are packaging methods that are environmentally friendly without being impossible to open without tools.

Powder in new packaging tastes terrible.
I love the product hate the new packaging. Ever since it changed, the powder has an off taste. Can’t describe it but it’s not flavorless anymore and has more of a sour taste. Why change a good thing.

The new packaging is great that they use less plastic. However I had to destroy the packaging to open it. I thought it was cute at first when I read pull here don’t twist you got this. And I didn’t think it was cute when I didn’t have it.

If you can pre-break the some of the perforated line, this should allow you to lift the lid with more ease. Problem with new packaging
Even though I have been using VP for a few years now with mostly positive results. I had a batch that tasted off , and you resolved by replacing. Thank you. My issue now is the new packaging. I am a big believer in sustainable packaging and reducing plastics. However this just doesn’t work.My husband had to get pliers to pull open the tab with my holding the container. We are mature active adults and couldn’t believe it. Please consider reworking the process. I may consider using a different brand and not go thru this. Thank you.

Do not recommend the new container
I would not buy this again with your ridiculous new packaging. The pull tab didn't work, ripped the top after I had to force it with a knife. I completely ruined the container with your flimsy, shrinkflation packaging that saves plastic. I will not buy it again unless I can get an original container.

The quality has gone down significantly. Then I found out they are owned by Nestle. I value clean ingredients AND finding out who owns companies. I will not be buying again.

Owned by Nestle & Quality Went WAY Down
Just found out this company was bought out by NESTLE!!! I noticed the quality has gone way down from many years ago and of course they were bought out by this mega corp. Its not only important to look at the ingredients of your food, but apparently who owns the company as well. I prefer to support people who actually care about your health — nestle owns many companies that conflict with my values. Will no longer be buying this product.

cardboard packaging is just fine
the new packaging is fine. its just a lift top design instead of screw top. thats it. it took about 30 seconds to figure out. not sure why its getting so many complaints. its so much better than using plastic and I had no problem learning how to open a paper canister. its easier (less hand strength) than opening a new glass jar in my opinion. I appreciate the change for the sake of less plastic in landfills. i guess people just like to complain about anything mildly different than what they're used to? the product itself is good. ive been using 1 scoop daily for about 8 months and have tons of hair regrowth at my temples. no significant changes for skin or nails, however.

Good product BAD new packaging
Your new tub is extremely difficult to open. You need to take into consideration that older people do not have the strength or flexibility in their fingers to open it. I had to use a knife to crack it open. Luckily, I still had the old tub to use.

You need a video on how to successfully open this new cardboard container. I have used your product for years and I am ready to return this unopened product and find one with better packaging.

Expecting optimal results!
I believe this products is contributing to my overall health and wellness, specifically I am working to maintain my strength and vitality, and to support my skincare regimen. I am 73 years old and hope to continue with my physical well-being for as long as possible. My only challenge is to include the product in more than just morning smoothies. I have tried adding it to other drinks, yogurt, etc and I don't care for the taste or texture it lends to these things.

Careful use
Sadly, I developed a whole body rash from this product. I have no known allergies. Once I stopped, my skin cleared up.

Hate New cheap cardboard container!!
I do love product but Hard to evaluate when I hate the new cheap cardboard container. Very disappointed. Trying to cut corners & save money. I hope you change back soon or may have to elsewhere.
