New package is impossible to open! Have to change to another brand I can open without dislocating my thumb! Would love if you switched to pouches like everyone else.

I was really scared to try the powdered collagen but I wanted a collagen product that has a greater than 5g. This flavor tastes so good!!! I mix it with almond milk in a blender bottle and it tastes just like chocolate milk.

I have used this product for years and loved it. I do not care for the unflavored b/c I can actually taste it and don't care for it. But I have LOVED the chocolate. It's almost a treat b/c the taste is so good. But I just got 3 new cartons and the taste of the chocolate is AWFUL. Something changed. It is the new cardboard pkg (which I did eventually figure out how to open and I love that it is no longer plastic, so I applaud VP for that) so it is recent. And the taste is really bad. I wish I had not bought 3...

Unable to open new paper package.
Been using the chocolate for years and like it very much. However, received the product in the paper package rather than the plastic container and could not open it. Had to cut open the package to get to the powder making a mess and losing product in the process. Hoping VP comes up with another packaging solution.

Not sure how it compares to other similar product brands, but it wasn’t “terrible” to the point where I wouldn’t consume it. But it wasn’t “good” either. Had a bit of “this isn’t chocolate” flavor to it. 3 stars is fair.

Solid product but not a fan of Stevia ingredient.
Big fan of the unflavored, the chocolate is good but I can’t get over the Stevia. That’s an unnecessary ingredient. Hoping that can be substituted with something else in the future.
