I will say, these taste amazing, but I suddenly had a combination of rash, pimples, and maybe hives on my face and neck after starting these. It’s rare for me to break out - I bought these mostly for hair. I went to the dermatologist and we were trying to nail down what the problem was and she said “you’re not taking anything with biotin in it, are you?” And when I told her yes, everyone in the room collectively said “ohhh yeah that’s it”. Apparently biotin causes this reaction quite often. I’m sure it doesn’t happen to everyone, but just keep that in mind when shopping around!

I've been on weight loss drugs and was worried about losing my hair. I generally find gummies to be gross but I'm ok with these. They have a nice flavor. So far they have helped me avoid hair loss during my weight loss journey and are helping with my nails as well.

They taste great, but they don’t work. I’ve been taking them for 2.5 months and my nails look the same as they did before I started using them. I even doubled the dosage and there has been zero improvement in my nail growth or strength. Don’t waste your money.

Ok these smell and taste great! I can't say they will make you grow more hair but I can say less has been falling out in the shower!

This has been my go to vitamin for many years now and I will continue to restock. The vitamin does not make my stomach hurt and it’s quick and easy to take!

I like the taste but the gummy’s are lowkey dry.

I started taking these November 7. Since then I have taken the 2 a day and the past 2 weeks of washing my hair- I have noticed clumps of my hair falling out. I have very thick hair, so I have noticed a difference BIG TIME. I cannot believe how thin my hair feels now. I am so heart broken.

I have been using these for about three years, sometimes off and on because they were not available due to their popularity. The first two years, great! Now, this past year it seems that the formula may have changed. I started losing a lot of hair and my nails became brittle, initially I thought it was hormonal, etc... but then my niece and daughter were also noticing issues (I have bought these for them as long as I have been using them). I finally went to the doctor about it and after many tests they said it was this supplement causing the hair loss and brittle nails. The formula changed last year and is the problem. Once I stopped using these, I noticed a 100% improvement in a couple weeks. Please stop changing things! People come to rely on stuff and then the big companies get greedy and change ingredients for a healthier bottom line not realizing the toll it takes on their customers. I was once a fan, but I caution anyone to consult your doctor first before using this product.
