I started taking this a few months ago to try and stabilize some extreme mood swings stemming from perimenopause. It’s really helped!! I haven’t had hardly any swings since, and before it was getting so bad. Thank you!

Life-changing herbal supplement. Went from 10 plus hot flashes a day to barely one. I am sleeping better and not soaking my sheets at night anymore.

Purchased my 2nd bottle. Be patient and consistency of time matters! I take it every morning at 7am with mint water and seen improvement in less cramps, acne and emotions.

DO NOT TAKE THIS. I took this once and thought I was having a stroke, the possible side effects are not worth the risk. My head split open 20 minutes after taking this supplement. I have never experienced anything as bad, and I had a lingering migraine for the next five days. DO NOT TAKE THIS. I wish someone had warned me.

I have tried this for at least 6 months or more and this product is helping me in ways I never thought could be resolved. Thank you New Chapter for producing quality products!

I have been taking Estrone for a number of years and it has help my hot flashes to stay under control. I ran out of it a few times and the hot flashes came back so I quickly replaced it and try not to be without it. It really works.

I took the Estrotone Chaste Tree Blend for 30 consecutive days hoping that it would provide me with relief from my nighttime hot flashes, but it did not provide any relief. This supplement didn’t work for me, but it was “worth a try”. I do LOVE the Every Woman’s 55+ Multivitamin and take it daily!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I thought this product was to help balance hormones, but after some research it seems like it is to help manage menopause symptoms (which I don’t have cause I’m not yet going through menopause) unfortunately it didn’t do anything to alleviate my painful period symptoms, but also didn’t seem to have any adverse effects, so I sum it up to user error.

However, I’m not having any bad side effects and there is no bad taste like some supplements have. My main symptom is weight gain, and I’m hoping to notice a difference if I keep taking it. I have read some women feel it helps with symptoms I’m not experiencing yet, so it seems to be a legit and safe OTC option.

I will say I tolerated it well—it was easy to swallow, no aftertaste and no stomach upset, but they didn’t help with thought sweats (my main complaint) in any measurable way.

I seem to always be irritable, edgy..even with other medications I can’t seem to shake it. THIS helped me shake it!
