A: Hello. If you would like to fasten the flattening process, we recommend rolling the rug in the opposite direction, while applying pressure to the rug. For example, take the edge of the rug and flip it on top of itself slightly where there is a crease or bump, and slowly pull the rug back to its place, while applying a downward pressure on the crease. This is the method we use in our facility to remove the creases from the rug. For severe creases, you can steam the rug or you can place it top side down on the floor, place some damp towels on the back side and iron over them.

Out of Shape
I'm accustomed to receiving rugs from rugs.com with uneven edges and can live with it, however this round rug was terribly made with varying fabrics and the rug was more like a teardrop than a circle. Able to return with no issues.

Functional, Good Color, Don’t Overpay Though
Great color. It’s not as thick as I anticipated. It does arrive with wrinkles that need to be worked out of the rug. I paid $64 for this and the list price is a ludicrous $208. It’s definitely not worth $64, maybe $30-$40 max. But it will do the job.

Great Indoor Runner
I found this rug looking for a washable rug for my entry that had a woven, natural look to it. This rug works well for that purpose. It looks nice (very neutral), great price point, and we can wipe our feet on it and I don't have to worry since it's washable. Overall very pleased.
